Location.
Small room.

We liked the quiet location near the river. The property is well managed and maintained and has an excellent breakfast and small restaurant for dinner. We had a larger room with several windows that looked over the river to the city.
Although our room was large, our bathroom was tiny. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom making it impossible to dry our towels for use the next day. Perhaps a towel rack outside the bathroom could be provided.

Excellent staff (friendly and helpful), comfortable room, nice breakfast and good location. Room was of good size with a nice bed and good shower. Enjoyed the highly happy hour in the lobby with good glasses of wine and snacks available. Location is good with proximity to the old town and shopping district. Within walking distance but we used ride share most of the time.
Nothing of note.

One hours late checkout for €30 when hotel didn’t seem busy wasn’t pleasant.
