Very nice hotel, modernized and clean. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. The staff was helpful with questions regarding restaurants, taxis, etc.
I found the mattress hard and the pillows weren’t supportive for the neck/head.

Room was clean and tidy
There was no tea/coffee facilities in my room.
There was no fresh water in my room or even a glass
I had to have the breakfast option as part of my booking, the staff were slow to clean tables and to replenish the breakfast food items, then stating if there was no eggs or bacon left then there was no more to come out of the kitchen
