The Hotel is perfect for a stay in Lyon, as it centrally located and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We upgraded to a Suite which was on the upper floor with a view of Bellecour Square.
The room was a little dated and requires some upgrading - especially the bathroom.
Otherwise everything was perfect.

The elevator was beautiful and the bedroom large, crisp and beautiful
They need mote electric outlets next to the bed plus a connection for the phone would be great .

The room was clean and the bed was so good - I slept like an angel :-).
I would like to mention the staff in the lobby - very very nice and very very helpful :-)
The chair in the room - best if they where two - not one and more cosy not made of wood to sit on :-)

great location! very friendly and helpful staff
really old and run-down property. not 5 stars. water in sink doesnt go down. shower water weak pressure and inconsistent temperature. worn walls with holes and scratches. depressing breakfast room with no windows. elevator super slow.
