Beautiful place, exceptional staff. Very welcoming.
It was no problem for us but you should know there is no elevator. FC is in the 4th floor.

The location of this property is really good, it’s only a 5 - 10 minute walk to popular places. The staff were friendly & the view from my room was gorgeous.
This property is on the 4th floor & there are a lot of stairs, which can be challenging when you’re carrying your luggage.
The only thing I would probably suggest with my room, is perhaps a mirror on the wall near the TV & the power point. There didn’t seem to be a power point in the bathroom for a hairdryer & where the power points were, there was no mirror.

The location, it was in the middle of the city and the shopping streets. Was perfect.
The airconditioner didn‘t work well so it was very hot also in fact that the hotel was on the 4th floor.

Feeling Chiado 15 is a beautiful place to stay. The location is incredible, right outside our window was a historic square filled with people drinking and playing music. Fatima is an excellent host and was very accommodating to our travel changes.
I would caution people that this place is at the top of a very long set of stairs, I think 6 floors up. There are no elevators, if I'm not mistaken. If you are unable to walk up a lot of stairs carrying your luggage, this may be struggle for you.

Wonderful location, attentive and kind staff. Breakfast was sufficient and had good selection of everything. Room was clean.
The apartment has NO lift, so travelling with large suitcases was very difficult. The 4th floor location of the accommodation was way too high up and was a workout even without luggage. The air conditioning unit was loud so we could not keep it going over night. Thankfully the nights were cooler and we could open the windows.

Fatima, Bruno & their team made us feel like this was our home. We travel a lot, but we've never experienced that much hospitality before! They were truly the nicest hosts we've ever met. Totally loved our stay at Feeling Chiado - everything is extra clean, they always have small attentions for us, we were able to check in earlier, leave our luggage in their storage for 10 days while we traveled, the breakfast is delicious, and it's located in the best neighborhood in Lisboa. Thank you again for EVERYTHING, you made our stay the best possible!
Just watched out for the 6 floors without elevators, travel light if possible!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is really well situated in the heart of the old city, walking distance from all attractions and railway station (to visit Cintra).
The service, breakfast and advice provided by Fatima and Bruno was exceptional. Our room was quite large with a lovely view onto the square below.
There are 4 flights of stairs to climb before you reach the hotel but this is made clear in the hotel description so was no surprise!

Our room overlooked the ruins of Carmo Convent, and music from the square serenaded us daily, and sometimes into the night. I actually loved this, though it would make going to bed early difficult. This would not be a great place to stay with young kids, because of that. The location is incredible, surrounded by shopping and excellent places to eat, and very close to the train station and bus stops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even when we called from Belem to ask about where to get Pasteis. The rooms tidy and comfortable, nicely updated and decorated and extremely spacious. I loved having a separate sitting room with a couch and a desk and a balcony with seating as well as a bedroom. So charming. I'm a writer and though this trip was not for writing, it would be the perfect spot to spend a long time working on a novel.
We did not realize when we booked that there was no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up four tall flights of stairs. There were a few times when my husband wanted to run a quick errand while I showered, and the problem with this is that the room only has one key (an old brass metal thing which you use to lock the door while inside and outside the room) so when he left my husband had to lock me into the room. It was inconvenient to say the least.

Everything was great - I’d most definitely stay at Feeling Chiado 15 again. Spacious room, nice breakfast, amazing location in Lisbon, great service by Fatima and Bruno.
The stairs up to the hotel are certainly a workout. The place makes up for it, though.

Staying here felt like we were in Lisbon. Not some chain hotel. Beautiful building, rooms were spacious and spotless. The view from our room was amazing!!

The place is pure charm and has a lot of lovely details. The bed was super comfortable and the shower amazing.
The breakfast was simple, but had everything we needed, and they also made scrambled eggs specifically for us.
The location is perfect, closer to metro station and in the most charming area of Lisbon in my opinion.
Fatima was just the best with us, and as we arrived way before our check-in, she kept our luggages so we could start discovering Lisbon, and to check-out was the same, we left our luggages and came back to pick them up only later in the day to the go to the airport.
We had a very short stay, but was great!
In my experience, nothing that I didn’t like it.
But I must say that there was a lot of stairs that we were not expecting, but as we only had carry-on luggages wasn’t a big deal. But if you are coming with big luggages have this in mind.

A magical experience in the middle of Lisbon. Feeling Chiado 15 blew us away from the moment we hiked up the 5 flights of stairs to get there (totally worth it :) ). The staff including Bruno and Fatima were exceptionally attentive and welcoming with suggestions and advice for our stay. The breakfast was fantastic with a great spread set out each morning and items available throughout the day. What REALLY made the stay magical was the room itself, we had a beautiful bedroom with charming decor and details. It truly felt like a home away from home and was so easy to leave the busy city behind when we closed our door. The stay was exceptional and I would highly recommend Feeling Chiado 15 to anyone that is looking for a wonderful play to stay in Lisbon.
Nothing at all. It was incredible.

The location is excellent. It is right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in Lisbon. Fatima and Bruno were excellent hosts that went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty.
It’s hard to say that I didn’t like something, but if I had to nitpick, it would be the 5-floor walk to get to the hotel. But even that was a blessing in disguise because it gave us a good workout as often as we trekked up and down.

Rita, Fátima and Bruno were such amazing hosts. They went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfection. From beautiful breakfasts, to magnificent daily treats, they were the most wonderful hosts imaginable.
I huffed up the 9 flights of stairs to my room, but it was fantastic exercise and by the end I enjoyed it.

Absolutely a great place to stay in Lisbon. In center of everything offered in great neighborhood of Chiado and surrounding areas. Tomaz was incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly. The highest level of customer service provided. Was leaving before breakfast and Tomaz put together a to go bag of goodies. Fabulous room with balcony and view of beautiful plaza, across from ancient ruins. Many restaurants nearby. I would definitely return when in Lisbon!
Lots of stairs to get to property. On top floor of building.

Tomas who is a gate keeper of this castle is absolutely wonderful!
Thank you and will definitely stay again.

Everything was great - the staff, the decoration, the idea behind every room (they are all named after iconic for the city places) the breakfast...Super happy with the services in general so we will definitely recommend the places to friends and family.
Nothing really to mention here. The only thing i can think of is that the sink wasn't well sealed and there was water in the bathroom when we were washing our hands but nothing to disturb us for real. Great, great place!
