Perfekt für Städtetrip

Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip ideal - zentrumsnah, nicht weit von der U-Bahn, Restaurants und Supermärkte sehr nah. Das Apartment war sehr großzügig - hätte auch gut für eine Familie gepasst. Für uns war zudem die Möglichkeit, sich auch mal selbst eine Mahlzeit bereiten zu können, vorteilhaft. Die Kaffee/Tee-Box war eine nette Ergänzung.

Hatten das Hotel auch wegen des Pools und der Möglichkeit, abends im Garten zu entspannen, ausgewählt. Leider gab das Wetter es nicht her, den Pool auch mal zu benutzen - zumal es keinen "Garten" im eigentlichen Sinne gibt, der Pool ist quasi in den Hinterhof gequetscht, aber an heißen Tagen sicherlich trotzdem eine kleine Oase. Das Hotel selbst ist bereits älter, das schimmert trotz Renovierung hier und da durch, stört aber nicht. Was wir uns tatsächlich gewünscht hätten, wäre eine etwas bessere Küchenausstattung (Es gab keine normalen Gläser, keine größeren Tassen u. auch keine Zahnbecher - nur 2 Weingläser). Das ließ sich aber im nächsten Souvenirshop beheben und wir hatten auch gleich ein paar hübsche Mitbringsel ;).

Excelente esfadia

La atención del personal es excelente, el desayuno muy variado y abundante. Tiene una piscina en un espacio verde muy agradable. Tiene consiga de equipaje, por lo que nos pudimos quedar hasta casi la noche.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Emplacement idéal et calme , personnel agréable et parlant ( un petit peu ) français. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée ( quelques détails à revoir mais rien de grave ) Excellent petit déjeuner mixant sucré et salé Très bon rapport qualité prix

Petits détails de finition de la chambre ( prise de courant réparée à l'adhésif, suspensions luminaires avec fils apparents ) mais c'est rien par rapport aux nombreux points positifs .

Limpiar mejor el baño

Cerca del metro, los empleados de la recepción y del desayuno muy agradables. El personal de la limpieza no fue muy agradable

El personal de limpieza se molestaba porque uno no había salido de la habitación para que ellas pudieran limpiar, se molestaban si le decíamos que pasaran más tarde. El baño no estaba limpio Había polvo abajo de las camas

Sehr gut

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, eine kleine Küche im Wohnbereich und ist mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet. Das Bett war einfach großartig - geräumig und äußerst gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - eine breite Auswahl und einfach köstlich. Die kostenlose Tiefgarage war praktisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war einfach hervorragend! Zentral gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Perfekt für Erkundungen in der Stadt.

Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Badewanne, der verstopft war. Das war etwas schade während meines Aufenthalts.

No merece la pena

Ubicación

Hotel muy anticuado a precio elevado. No tenía enchufes cerca de la cama. Habitación minúscula. La encargada de cafetería francamente desagradable. El café era veneno. Muchísima cola en recepción y un único recepcionista con lo cual tardé más de 30 minutos en hacer el check out

Everything was really good for the price of the room. Staff were extremely helpful.

Ficámos no piso dos quartos para fumadores sem nos terem questionado. Pensávamos nós que hoje em dia seria sempre hotéis livres de tabaco. Uma única máquina de tirar bebidas para o pequeno almoço muito próxima de mesa para hóspedes, dificultando o acesso.

Spacious apartment near a metro station.

As a family of 5, we enjoyed being able to stay comfortably in one apartment. Our suite was very spacious, with a double room, a twin room and a large living room with a sofa bed. We also had a smell kitchen and two bathrooms. It was nice to have a pool after a day of sightseeing or for a morning dip.

We paid extra for breakfast one day - not really worth €10. Better to go out (McDonalds do a good Portuguese breakfast!). The rooms were a bit tired, wardrobe doors broken and hardly any coat hangers.

A nice place to stay in Lisboa with family

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good place if you rent a car to drive around Lisboa or near cities. The breakfast it’s excellent.

Great stay with some flaws in the room

The breakfast was really good and the pool area was really nice.

The room was big and spacious, but it could do with an upgrade and a handyman. Everything was falling apart. The furniture was old and drawers could not open, towelhangers was falling of the wall.

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price

Large and spacious rooms. Convenient parking - within the same building - direct access from car park to room. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood.

Choices of food for breakfast could be better - too much processed food. Shower head came off during our stay.

Very good

The hotel is located close to the center and at the same time good public transport. A very spacious apartment. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. Delicious breakfasts, a very large selection of tasty products. Great waiter service. Underground parking right next to the hotel.

Contrary to the description, the rooms are NOT soundproofed. The room facing the street was very noisy, during my stay I asked for a change. The room overlooking the patio was ok.

Superb

I stayed at this hotel with my family in November 2022 and we really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in a room with a living room with a sofabed, a bedroom and a kitchenette. We liked all the facilities the room had and it lived up to our expectations. The room was very comfortable, there was a lot of space and it felt like being at home. We were also very satisfied with the service by the staff at the reception and when we had our breakfast. Everyone was so helpful and smiling. The hotel is located in a quite and safe area and very close to Rato metro station (only about 5-7 min. walk) which we used very much and you can be in the centrum of the city within few minutes. We would like to stay at this hotel next time we visit Lisbon again and we can recommond it for everyone. It is especially perfect for families our a big group.

was not bad size wise and the facilities were comfortable enough for one night. everything just looked very outdated !

the room is very large, beds are confortables. the bathroom and living room are a nice size

everything was dated and look very old fashion but not in a good way 😅 the sofa in the living room was dirty.
