Excellent location in Florence. Easy walking distance to major museums and shopping and the river. Pleasant hotel with nice decor.
I had dinner there my first night. Lasagna seemed frozen still, and likely was just removed from a freezer and warmed up. But I was tired and didn’t want to go out searching for a restaurant. Although there are many many restaurants in the neighborhood.

Beautiful, tasteful appointments in this lovely hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Great location within walking distance of the museums, the river and the train station. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, and the service at the reception was excellent.
They were absolutely lovely and even upgraded us, which was very much appreciated! The room itself, however, feels a little old and could use some updating.

Location
Bar staff, rude and all tables were never cleared so didn’t drink there once during our 5 nights.
