Great location, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
The shower was TINY—and there was no shelf to place shampoo etc. on. Couldn’t put it on the floor, because there wasn’t room to bend over. And the towel racks were so high—difficult for a 5’4” person to get a towel down.

Location is great. It is between Duomo di Milano and Sforzesco Castle. 6-7 min walking.
The AC was quite strong for october. We disabled it in the end.
The tv remote control was not working.
The shower gel was not refilled.
