The location was good. This facility has a washing machine and nice drying rack for clothing. The kitchen was adequate. Bed was comfy.
No full time staff and upon arrival we were lucky to find a cleaning person to let us in.

Great communication with the host. 5 minutes walking to Central train station, 15 minutes walking to Piazza del Duomo. Good kitchenette, good WiFi. Lovely Florentine interior decor.
As the apartment is in an old building, some facilities are not great: no elevator (it was not a problem for us as we knew that, so we had only small cabin size luggage, but it would not be suitable for people with mobility issues); very small shower cabin (unfortunately old buildings have small bathrooms), old pipes smell difficult to mask (not owner's fault).

Great location, easy instructions on check in, nice room and size. Washing machine with clothes horse was a big help.
Sofa bed had a very thin mattress, noticed the floors were a bit dirty. Stairs tricky with luggage.

It was clean and closed to the train station
There was a lot of noise from the neighbours in the building, they were shouting until very late. Also, there is not a blinder in the bathroom, so all the light pass through the room and it is difficult for a baby to sleep

"Great location (2 min from the train station, and we came from Bologna), super clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth throughout, and both check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free."
