Fantastic location; comfortable bedroom/bed; clean bedroom/bathrooms; warm and friendly staff.
Nothing not to like.

Beautiful rooftop garden, close to the train station, friendly staff, and clean room and bathroom.
Loud street noise from my room until late and early in the morning.

Pino and Carmel were gracious and welcoming hosts. The room was very spacious and overlooked a patio. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the Duomo and all of the things you go to Florence to see. Was as advertised.
It's a different type of accommodation, just be aware. It's not like a chain hotel where you can come and go as you please at any time. The main doors are closed sometime around 11pm and don't reopen until 8am This was fine for me as I was traveling alone and was typically back in the room before 10pm.
