Loved how friendly and nice the staff was. Also helpful during checking out. The room was clean and tidy as shown in the picture. The restroom had the toiletries and was clean, enough space as well. Linen was provided to satisfaction. The cupboard provided ample space to put things. A little desk at the corner helps if you have to get some work done. We also got 500ml of water from the reception desk at 12:00 am. Which wouldn't be easy to find generally.
Just maybe put better resolution pictures in the posts. Because the rooms were really good but the small resolution pictures don't do it enough justice.

The service was amazing.
There were a few ants in the bathroom but they were not disruptive.

Staffs were helpful. Location is excellent, just outside the Lambrate metro station, and very near to the Lambrate railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe, even at night.
The building is very old and narrow to the point of being claustrophobic. Extremely narrow lift, only 2 persons, or only one person with a luggage can fit. The room is so small, it almost resembles a prison cell. The commode was so adjacent to the basin, it is quite a challenge to sit there. The shower area was kept hanging from falling with a string. But you get what you pay for.
