Clean , friendly staff, reasonable rates.
Nothing in particular.

Staff are friendly, helpful and polite.
They found my belongings when I left them in the previous room the day before.
The location is so convenient for everything.
Other guests were chatting in the terrace in the very early morning, where was really close to our room.
I was not able to sleep again.
The lights on room were automatically put off. (We could not change to the other rooms because they were already full. Instead of that they gave us alternative idea.)

The room was spacious and unexpectedly we had even 2 balconies. It was very clean, AC worked well, the room service was great, and the stuff was very helpful.
Wifi connection was unstable.

the staff were great. Very helpful and friendly.
the bed was too hard. the street noise was a bit loud especially with the students in front of the liceo in the morning before shool starts. It was impossible to get the right temperature in the shower and there was no electric tea kettle.
