Nice location.
The bathroom sink took an age to drain. Proper milk for tea would have been nice

great hostess. easy walk into town without being so close that you heard any noise. the bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was perfect.
although the car had to be parked away from the house, the walk was easy and the view of where the car was parked was beautiful.

The host was very kind because we were arriving very late on a ferry. The room was ideal, very welcoming and comfortable. Unfortunately we left at 5am so didn't manage to sample the breakfast.

When arriving we have been welcomed very warm and friendly.
The parking is 5 minute walk away, but very comfortable.
The room was clean, the bed fine. We had a good sleep.
The breakfast has to ordered the day before and was served to the room. Not exaclty "full scottish", but good and sufficient. We liked it.

This was a very nice place in a good location and a very friendly owner.
The only problem I had was that I was walking and the BnB is WAY up a hill. I think they should at least let people know this as it was quite a surprise to have to walk so far up hill while pushing my luggage.

It was quite easy to locate the property. While it was not possbile to park at the property itself, we could use the driveway to unload/load our lugguage. Public parking was 3-5 minutes further up the road, with a very nice view over the Oban bay area. Caroline was friendly and helpful. The room had a kettle, with tea, coffee and biscuits (very nice Lichfield cookies!) provided. You should have your own car in order to stay in this property. With that, Oban center is only 5 minutes drive away.
I've stayed in other B&B in this area, this is definity not amongst the top ones. We've booked one single and one double room, both rather small. The bed sheets though clean, but felt rather warned out. The carpet of the single room had a bit of unplesant smell. The double room has a private toilet, but bathroom was shared with other visitors.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and let me drop off my heavy bag in the morning. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, as was the shared bathroom. The tea tray was well stocked and replenished daily. Having a fridge was an unexpected bonus and the owner kept me supplied with fresh milk. The B&B is in a lovely location, just a minute or two's walk from Pulpit Hill viewpoint. The accommodation represented excellent value for money.
(I feel bad mentioning this, as it's beyond anyone's control but...) the floors in the B&B are very creaky! I'm a light sleeper so I struggled to sleep until everyone had stopped moving around, but the noise didn't go on late and then it was lovely and quiet.

I stayed one night accommodation was good, bed comfortable, location good only 10 mins from town.
Good breakfast, owner very friendly, able to leave luggage on site prior to starting my cruise from Oban.
Nothing really suited my requirements.

aroline was so hospiable and accommodating. Breakfast in our room was delicious.
It rained after we arrived while we walked p the hill from the train station. (15 min) But later that day the sun was out. It's very close to pulpit hill which has magnificent views of the harbor and where we enjoyed meeting the locals and their dogs.

Lovely location a little way out from the town centre and uphill. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great and had all we needed for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep. We were able to order breakfast although we hadn't pre-booked it, and it was very good. Breakfast was brought to our rooms which was fine by us. Pulpit Hill was just a short walk away with fantastic views over Oban.
Nothing, we were very happy with our stay.

Breakfast came at the time I have requested, freshly prepared. My choice option was accommodated.
Hooks at the back of one door in the bedroom as there was no wardrobe.
Bath towels provided on the second day of my stay and no apology given.

Good breakfast. Quiet location above Oban centre. Good value and a great find when I booked in an emergency.
Old TV and rather thin (though clean) towels. Rather difficult to find the house
