The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

The room was a little run down, especially the bathroom. The AC didn’t work in our room. The key to open the door was difficult to use.

The property is within walking distance to the center of town. It is very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite.

I booked two rooms, one for a group of 3 and another for a group of 4 (two adults, two children). The room for the group of 3 was big enough (regular bed with a rollaway bed) and a large bathroom. The room for the group of 4 was tiny. This room had the regular bed, a rollaway bed and a sofa bed. with the sofa bed open, we could not open the bathroom door the entire way. The sofa bed was also super squeaky. Luggages had to be placed under the beds.

No plates available for Croissants etc. Rather long waiting for preparation of breakfast.

No parking lot. Difficult to find place.

Very quiet, comfortable bed, great shower. Wifi was good, and there was plenty of tea + coffee etc in the room. I booked a compact room and it didn't feel compact at all, perfectly adequate for one person! Great location too close to centre of town.

Word of warning - no parking at the hotel itself. Parking outside on street free after 6pm until 9am the next morning. I got lucky and got a spot so no issues, but if it's busy I suspect it's at a premium! Room was a touch cool and I couldn't work out how to turn up the heating! Otherwise, a lovely stay.

Breakfast was delicious and very flexible, extra coffee was not a problem. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.

There's no lift, but that was not a problem for us.

Beds were not the most comfortable. Room heating temperature was either incorrect or wrong as it was either far too warm or any attempts to lower the temp were incorrect. Shower was fantastic but could have flooded the appartment due to poor drainagr.

We had a room on the 3td floor which had loads of stairs to it. My partner has cataracts and struggled to see the steps it was lucky I was able to guide him..wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues

Staff all very friendly and great location. Breakfast was delicious and well done in their pantry area.

No parking, but used the recommend YourParkingSpace.com which charged £5 per day. So no real issue

Was perfect location and good sized room.

The squeaking floor boards constantly outside our room and that it was 2 single beds joined together rather than 1 double bed.

Staff were very helpful and the hotel was close to all the amenities

Location - very central yet quietly tucked away. Staff - very helpful when we couldn't open our window and had an issue with the telly. Breakfast - a lovely selection and freshly made to order, which was very refreshing. None of your usual lukewarm, rubbery buffet breakfast.

We chose a compact room, which was exactly what we got. Next time (and hopefully there will be a next time) we'll choose a bigger room and I have no doubt it will be perfect.
