contactless property so can't give staffing a score. Was central to Oban town centre and clean and tidy.
Not enough milk in the room and no extras supplied in the general fridge.

Good location, easy set up to check in and out. Thankful for the fridge in the common area. Nice room.

The shower in my room pulsated between scalding hot and cold water. Other guests I spoke to had the same issue .If this is deliberate to achieve shorter showers, all it did was piss me off. If the owners want to save electricity , put solar panels on the roof. I would rather put money in a meter and get a good shower than what was supplied. Water shortage in Scotland is not an issue either! I judge accommodation on how good the shower is. The one I had was borderline dangerous. If the shower was faulty ,it should have been fixed. The shower I had in a Hotel on Mull did the same thing also!
The Kitchen had a communal fridge , but no communal freezer. A freezer section would be useful to guests who need to make ice for onward journey to keep their food cold. Suggest provide a freezer and add solar panels if you are too tight to power it.
