An incredible honeymoon

The whole stay was incredible. We travelled for our honeymoon and stayed for three nights, and only wish we could've stayed for more! The food was amazing and easy to travel to local towns. Lovely pool with amazing views, and the room we stayed in (Oliva) was exceptional. The whole team were so approachable and helpful the whole time. Can't wait to go back!!

This was the most beautiful stay my partner and I have ever been on. From the moment you arrive to departure everything about this stay was PERFECT! Such a peaceful little spot with the most amazing views. The staff, facilities and restaurant were 5 star. We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The best place my husband and I have ever stayed!

Lupaia is so special, it's truly a magical place. The boutique hotel & panoramic views are nothing less than stunning. The staff are welcoming, attentive and always had a smile. The food was amazing! Every morning we loved their made to order breakfast and dinner was just as delicious. Our suite exceeded our expectations, the bed, the bath and the amount of space was wonderful. Oh and the view!!! My husband & I still can't stop talking about how Lupaia was our favorite place during our honeymoon and we can't wait to go back! Thank you Lupaia for making our honeymoon so special!

An enchanting place that we will revisit !

Upon entering this property, you get a feeling that it is special. It has the most relaxing, charming, tranquil atmosphere, with nooks and crannies everywhere to hide and chill. The view over the valley to Montepulciano is so pretty, we just wanted to stay in the lounge chairs there and stare. The greatest asset, however, is the team that works there. All the wait staff ( Andrea and the beautiful intern from Nice -sorry can’t recall her name) were phenomenal. And we loved Fabio- the concierge - who happily came to talk to us and advise us.

There is nothing not to like.

Amazing facility and experience to just absorb Tuscany.

The list is to long. The facility is unique with its 400 years of history. The rooms are individually positioned to give you the feeling you are the only ones on the property. Dining is well done and the staff at dinner works hard to make each night unique. As a example of service they make picnic baskets (a meal in it self) which you can eat in the Olive groves. They didn’t miss anything in both the facility design and service policy, which makes your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. we travel to Tuscany every two years and had to wait for 3 trips to secure reservations for our travel window. It was worth the wait !!! Suggestion book early.

The road to the Villa is a long and rough road , like many in Tuscany. The breakfast staff is not the quality of the dinner staff.

Heaven, is that you?

This was the most perfect paradise for our honeymoon. Everything from the stunning location, to the beautiful rooms, to the INCREDIBLE food from chef Andrea and his team. Most importantly the staff like Silvio, Massimo, and many other made our stay so much fun!

No detail was overlooked! Perfection!

Sometimes they would charge you double for some menu items if two people were splitting it without warning on the menu. For instance, we ordered the burrata as an appetizer for lunch. It was 20 euros on the menu and they charged us 40, but we were unaware we were ordering a double portion.

Hidden gem

Excellent location in the country with views of the surrounding farm land and hill top towns There is a set dinner every night which was excellent. Otherwise, you can order from the lunch menu until 7pm The decor and furnishings were beautiful and everywhere you look is postcard perfect

the most breathtaking Tuscan getaway

absolutely everything. from the moment we arrived, Christine welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place. we straight away felt at home and so at ease. the room was absolutely beautiful, the pool was unbelievable and the food is just delicious. but what we loved the most was how the staff at Lupaia are so attentive and kind. they all took the time out to accommodate our needs and made us feel so special. Patricia was wonderful and made sure we were looked after very well during our romantic dinner that was organised for us. we cannot wait to come back next year!

Superb

It was an oasis. It was drivable too many things, but the beauty of it was that it was away from everything, with incredible, postcard like views. the guide is very helpful that they send as is the staff asking if you needed any tips for places around.

I wouldn’t say it was a dislike and this is not negative, but an opportunity for improvement would be, since there are no stores around would be food, outside of meals, like a fruit, or meat and cheeses, snacks, to be available throughout the day. If there were, I didn’t know about it, which is a miss then on the hotel’s part.

Hidden paradise. Best personal touch

My expectations before coming to Lupaia were very high bc of amazing reviews and beautiful pictures online and surprisingly (or not) my expectations were even more exceeded. An absolute hidden paradise. The place itself looks like a postcard but what it made even more exceptional was the level of service and personal touches. I have stayed in the best hotels in the world and never felt such a level of service and natural cosy care of guests. Every staff member was extremely lovely and massive well done for manager Martin who had this special care for his guests - very natural and not looking fake. No wonder this place is that great being run by him :)

The perfect Tuscan get away!

Its very easy to underestimate how much effort the owners and staff have put into making your entire stay seem effortless. The most amazing setting coupled with incredible staff. Every single little detail had been thought about and perfected. 10/10 seems a harsh rating but wouldn’t let me go higher unfortunately.

The facility and host were awesome and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Our stay was extremely pleasant and would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to stay in Tuscany.

We needed to modify our booking dates by reducing our stay by one day. Since we went through Booking.com the host could not make that change. We tried for several days prior to departure to make the change through Booking.com website as instructed. The website would not allow us to make that change and thus had to pay for one day we didn't stay. This was not the fault of the host, but the inability of Booking.com to accommodate our request. For this reason, I will not be using Booking.com in the future.
