Exceptional customer service and one of the greatest views in the world from our balcony ! It was my first time in Switzerland and it was everything and more than expected. The breakfast in the room was amazing, the variety of food choices were great, too. Special thanks to the manager as he went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. The bio pool was my favourite place!!

The slippers we comfortable, the view from my room, and the small snack left in the room.
The location is quite far from the center of town. My room was located out of the main building, Ide have preferred to be informed of this at some point before arrival. Although there is are pillow options available if called through to reception, I had arrived late and because of the distance from the main lobby I decided against requesting a different pillow. The pillows provided on the bed are completely flat. There is no bar, except the restaurant, though full of children, which also closes at 21h.
