The property was very well maintained, extremely tidy with beautiful surrounding olive trees and vineyards.
The pool had the most incredible view and was PERFECTLY clean!!!!!
Our apartment was neat and had everything we needed for our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked so we could make breakfast each morning and enjoy the view outside our living room.
We honestly can’t fault anything from our stay, Raf the host was SO SO accommodating, from checking in with us each day, to booking nearby restaurants for us, to sending us an extensive list of places to visit each day, ensuring we got the most out of our visit to the area!
Staying here felt like a home away from home.
NOTHING bad to say.

The views across the countryside and villages were beautiful. The children loved the pool and outside space and Rafaele, the owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated like old friends.
Nothing.

We loved the pool and the views of all the beautiful Tuscan villages in the distance. The communal area is a great space to have and we enjoyed having our dinner outside soaking up the sunsets. The hospitality of Raffaele was outstanding - he was incredibly attentive and friendly and truly couldn’t have done anything more to make our stay the most enjoyable experience.

Our wonderful host Raffaele made life so easy, with information on where to eat, towns to visit, parking in local towns, made bookings for us.. couldn’t have been nicer. Poggio Olivo is a lovely quiet haven close to Aquaviva as well as all the beautiful old towns we wanted to see.. pool & view are fabulous. A great place to relax & wind down in between exploring the countryside.
Absolutely nothing 😊
