High standard, good service, nice attention to detail. Pet-friendly too.

The pool access at the sister property is no longer included despite a similar price point, which is a pity as the sister hotel isn't pet-friendly.

This has been a good stay every time, perfect for longer visits with amenities. Pet-friendly too. Practical location and attention to detail.

The pool at the sister hotel is no longer free to use but chargeable, which is a pity, as the sister property isn't pet-friendly at a similar rate.

Amazing one night stay in Lisbon

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious and tastefully decorated room. Good location, central but peaceful for a good night's sleep. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon. Excellent parking facilities.

We liked everything - cannot fault the place.

Great rooms, great staff, too expensive for the value. Misleading advertisement

The hottub wasn't working and was cold We ordered room service and it was a 14 bucks, poorly heated frozen pizza The amazing pool (that is advertised on all google maps photos) is in another hotel and costs additionally for each visit

Excellent stay, all around very happy with this hotel, would recommend

Really helpful front of our staff, were super accommodating and welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we required, the location is great and seemed a very fair price.

the apartment was of a good size (living room and bedroom and small kitchen with all cookware). It was clean a has a good location.

This hotel is wonderful and in a great location! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel! The staff is friendly and professional and our room was very clean and spacious. it was like a little apartment! The hotel is near some excellent restaurants, shopping and wine bars. it is an easy walk to many of the wonderful sights and museums of Lisbon.

Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious room, parking available.

Unfortunately there was noise from other guests in the first couple of nights. We had requested twin beds, but when we got there this was not available to us. The hotel was apologetic and tried to resolve this, but the alternative room had been trashed by other guests partying the night before, so it turned not to be an option. We used the sofa bed but jt was not very comfortable.

Superb

The reception staff Orlando was very welcoming and very polite. He made sure our stay was exceptional. He even left a card with a beautiful message for our wedding anniversary, along with a very tasty complimentary cake. He also gave us a discounted rate for breakfast. He allowed an early check in for my sister and her family the next day and even upgraded their room. Fantastic service, best employee award should be given to him😊

Very Friendly welcome and swift response to any request. They called and checked we were happy after our first night. Good sized suite with everything we needed. Bed and bedding extremely comfortable. Convenient for public transport (except that main Azul line was closed for engineering works over Easter weekend)

Bath was very difficult to get in and out of, the controls were impossible to turn on without getting into the bath. Bathrobes too small - designed for petite Portuguese not large Brits!! Lighting system very technical and we understand it is being changed as even staff struggled to make it work. Too much hi tech....

Very good

Location was good, we planned to eat out in local cafes for breakfast and there is a great one close by. Locally there was a great Italian and a sports bar open late with cocktails, so great to watch the football with my wife!!!

The hotel bar was not open during our stay, although being an apartment hotel this wasn't something we had expected.

great location, with direct access to parking beneath the hotel, pet friendly and amazing staff.

we faced a side street where late at night the garbage pick up truck made a lot of noise. so better the rooms facing the back.

Very good

Rooms were modern, minimalist and extra spacious. Loved the location of the property - lovely neighbourhood just a short walk from the city center. Daily housekeeping kept our room super clean and tidy!

Would have liked to have more toilet amenities (such as slippers, cotton buds, shower caps etc.) especially as it’s a 4-star property. Additionally, front desk staff could have been friendlier upon check-in/check-out.
