The staff is friendly. The area is clean and nice
On pics it looks more fancy than in reality.
The breakfast is very primitive and tasteless.

Het appartement was in het geheel niet heel goed schoongemaakt, veel stof en spinnenrag. De douche is niet betegeld, maar van steen. Dit is niet schoon te maken. Airco alleen op de slaapkamer, maar kreeg het niet voldoende gekoeld.
Het appartement was wel heel ruim en gezellig ingericht. En de gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk.
We wisten dat het laatste stuk van het pad onverhard was, maar deze staat hadden we ook niet verwacht.
Het zwembad was super met een mooi uitzicht op het dal.

What a spectacular place to stay. The apartment was gigantic, clean and classically Tuscan. The views were incredible, the pool was big and clean and the proprietors were the NICEST. We were served the tastiest coffee and homemade cake in the morning with a surreal view of the Tuscan hills and valleys, My wife was particularly a fan of Luca (who made the coffee drinks for us) :)
I DIDN'T like that we only stayed there one night. I would have loved a couple more days there. We will write that off to bad planning . . . but we hope to be back.

Lo spazio della piscina e l’appartamento sono molto belli, un agriturismo veramente incantevole.
Purtroppo appena arrivate (un lunedì) non siamo state accolte bene - ci è stato chiesto di tornare più tardi nel pomeriggio nonostante avessimo chiesto un mese prima il permesso di arrivare in mattinata per usufruire della piscina , essendo una due giorni di relax. La piscina infatti era in uso dai partecipanti alle nozze del giorno prima, sarebbe stato corretto avvertirci quanto meno prima del nostro arrivo. Infatti Ci è stato fatto capire di non essere proprio le benvenute , come se disturbassimo gli ospiti (se gli accordi con loro erano di uso esclusivo della piscina, perché non avvertire noi che avevamo fatto esplicita richiesta di poterne usufruire?).
I gestori non sono stati molto a disposizione , avevamo bisogno di chiedere delle info o di bere qualche cosa , ma non erano né presenti in loco né raggiungibili a telefono.
Avremmo voluto ad esempio prenotare un massaggio , ma non è stato possibile data la mancanza di comunicazione a breve termine.
Abbiamo chiesto anche per passeggiare a cavallo, ma essendo lunedì non è stato possibile. Sarebbe da scrivere e specificare che alcuni servizi sono disponibili solo nel weekend o solo per un numero limitato di persone (vedi le biciclette, noi eravamo in 4 e le bici solamente 3…). Tutte cose che sarebbero da comunicare prima di un viaggio, non durante.
E’ stato un dispiacere considerando la bella struttura che hanno a disposizione.
Abbiamo apprezzato l’omaggio del vino per scusarsi della mancata organizzazione, ma crediamo sia utile migliorare comunque l’aspetto dell’accoglienza degli ospiti, o quanto meno i modi.
