The location is great and only a short walk to multiple trams and the subway, short walk to the monumental cemetery, lots of great food options in the neighborhood. I liked that it was gated off the street and coming and going after hours was safe and easy. I loved having a kitchen and fridge and French press all provided. Close to a grocery store so it was easy to stock up and save cash on eating out every meal.

Convenient access to Olympic events and public transportation. Enjoyed being in Chinatown away from super touristy areas. Didn't realize we booked a "residence" versus regular hotel but it turned out fine once we figured out logistics. Large standard studio apartment with kitchen.
Did not have 24 hr, weekend lobby coverage since it is not a hotel. Would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. For example, didn't know where to leave keys upon departure in off hours and who to ask at first.
