Beautifully restored old building. Walk to the streetcar. Nice floorplan with lots of space and so much storage. Nice enough kitchen (with two microwaves but only one worked).

Doors of the building require codes but never close all the way unless you really push so lots of time when we entered the building wasn't locked. The lights on the gated parking are on timer but come on at wrong times so its very dark outside the building. The unit smelled like mold and it could be seen outside the vents - they came out to clean upon my request but the ducts really need a deep cleaning. Also the windows could use better curtains especially in the bedroom where black out shades would be helpful especially after those late nights out on Bourbon or Frenchmen St.

I loved the set up of the space. It was modern. The accommodations were so incredibly helpful, from the items in the bathroom to the dishes, coffee, etc. in the kitchen. I loved the low bed, the large closets, the RECORD PLAYER, the the album Coltrane was AWESOME! Someone did there homework :)!!! Thank you a million times for making my first stay in New Orleans so grand!!

The curtain was not full. We did not have full privacy. And the bathroom door was difficult to close. We sought out a place with an elevator, and the elevator did not work all the time.

Very handy location just outside French Quarter. Yet quiet, with good security parking. Outstanding modern recent fit out and very roomy

The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy looking, however we didn't experience any issues.

I liked the working kitchen, we were able to make breakfast every morning. Security was good.

The pocket door to the bathroom was jammed open, it looks like someone tried to pry it out but didnt work. SO PRIVACY WAS AN ISSUE, Also the curtains were about 12 inches short, didnt touch the window sill, And the lights to from the DOME shined in the window. We had to use extra pillows to block the light. Only 2 bath towels was not enough for 2 ppl for 4 days. There were no extras on 2nd floor. Oh yes, the apartment door code did not work so we had to call to get it reset.

The location was close to a lot of attractions and to the superdome. I love that you have to have a code to get in and nobody else have it.

The water pressure to the shower could be better and a tv in the bedroom

Everything was great location, cleanliness, easy access, security and comfortable.

I loved the space, the amenities and the comfort of the apartment. All of the furniture was well maintained and clean.

I didn't like that the dishwasher door was broken. The front doors to the main entrance of the building were also broke and the pedestrian gate was not secure/latched. Residents from around the neighborhood were able to get into the property which was a disappointment because of possible car break ins. The fire alarm system was also on for 2 days!

The room was great, very well stuffed, even including kitchen apliances. The customer service is very kind and responds fast.

The location is really bad, it looks dangerous and the main gate was broken. I really felt unsafe, also a couple of uber drivers told me to be careful and that they felt nervous about being in the area. Furthermore, the guests on the room next were having extremely loud sex for two nights in a row, talking loudly with a terrible language and listening to music and watching TV pretty loud. Since there is no personal on-site and because of the rough neighborhood. I felt very nervous to report this, which really ruined my stay for the last two nights.

I really liked how clean and nice everything looked. The decorations and the building were very nice. Good neighborhood. Quiet.

My refrigerator did not work and it took several days before I got a mini fridge to use. There was also a leak from the bathroom upstairs so water dripped on me in the bathroom. The gate to the entrance did not lock.

OMG. I love this place. So spacious and amazing. Modern look and decor. They had chrome cast so no fire stick needed. Can cast Tv right from your phone. Gate was broken leading into parking lot but car and belongs were safe. No stragglers hanging around. A few spots in walking distance for food and drinks. Perfect view from large windows of the city. $10uber ride to French quarters. No full body mirror in room but nice mirrors in hallway in front of elevator. Full kitchen and full stocked with kitchenware. Very homey and perfect for a couple. Keyless entry and no issues with it.

The place that I stayed in was completely spacious.

So, when I first arrived I had to get an early check in which was a $30.30 charge. When I arrived to the property the security gate was not secured at all.I was advised that I would be able to go into the my apartment until 3:30 which was fine but when I got upstairs the door was cracked opened as is someone was still in there. It took me about 5 minutes to go in because I'm a woman traveling alone and didn't know what I was walking into. than goodness everything was okay! The following days to come their was a couple who were always outside underneath the steps especially at night time and would open the gate for any and everyone; totally made me feel uneasy everyday. There was food and trash always by the main entrance where they sat. On the last day while I was leaving out that was or what seem to be a homeless man laying underneath the same steps that the couple was always seated. This was very disturbing especially because there's no security on site. It's just sad that I spent almost $700 on this stay but didn't feel safe the entire stay. I would really work on getting security or concierge to sit at the property. Having the security issue really took away how beautiful the apart was in the inside.

When the facility was advised of the leak the immediately responded and were able to come as soon as possible.

First night had a bad storm and there was a major leak in the walls and roof.

Apartment was spacious and it felt good. We only stayed two days so lack of wardrobes didn’t matter.

when we got to the apartment the oven was on and place was really hot. toilet seats in both bathrooms were broken. water pressure in the showers was very low.

Everything! Felt like home. The kitchen was nice and furnished. Very spacious. Easy access to get in and out. Safe Environment.

Everything was great but the only issue I had was, you could smell the sewer smell from toilet after each flush.
