good option close to Pearson Airport

Location just in front of the airport and the shuttle bus very efficient. Rooms are very clean and comfortable

Perfect for Terminal 3 convenience

It’s right next to Terminal 3. I actually just walked across the road at the light in the morning to catch my flight. Bed was very comfy and shower etc were all great. I wasn’t bothered by any noise which was amazing. It was also very clean and staff were friendly and efficient.

Minor things. Confusion about how to get to Elements as it was my first time. Wandered around the Marriot then realized there was another section and bank of elevators too. I had an issue with the wifi and they said they’d send someone to help. No one ever arrived and in the meantime I managed to resolve the issue myself.

La décoration soignée de l’hôtel et des chambres. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible pour répondre à nos moindres questions. Les navettes gratuites pour aller de l’hôtel à l’aéroport.

La réception de l’hôtel a été un peu compliquée à trouver.

Good satisfied comfortable stay

Excellent location to airport and to all highways. Could even walk, but shuttle schedule was very good. Very clean room and bathroom was nice and clean. Great comfortable bed and sheets. Good A/C system. Staff and check in was easy and quick. Had a kitchen but not really equipped for making or having food. No coffee maker, no kettle, no cutlery, no plates, no cups or mugs, no tea towel for washing up and drying. Overall was a good stay. I would definitely come back and would recommend.

Kitchen was not fully equipped and did not offer complimentary water bottles in the room. It would be nice to have a small convenience store for general items for travelers who may forget things or need things.

Very conveniently located

Clean and tidy and very conveniently located for the airport

Ahead of time and at check in I asked for a room that did not connect to another room and that was not next to an elevator. Very disappointingly I was given a room that connected to another room and was right beside the elevator! The replacement room had an extremely noisy and drafty fan that kept us awake!

Accomodating and friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms and cleanliness.

The only way to enter was through the front door. You would have to walk around in case your parking was at the back. The nearest emergency doors didn't have a card reader to open to access the building.

Great stay in Beautiful Hotel.

Beautiful Hotel Very clean, only 5 minutes walk from Airport, great staff and service, good facilities, nice restaurant with good food and atmosphere, good selection of drinks at bar, big comfortable room with fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, walk in shower, again good facilities, nice breakfast in the morning, shuttle bus every 30 minutes to Airport but just as easy to walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay even though there are many issues that need fixing. Price point doesn't match.

We loved the location for viewing planes. The room was nice! The staff were friendly at check in and check out, and also very kind to me prior to coming. I had reached out to ask if we could get a room looking at the airport for my 8 year old son, and they pre-selected one on the top floor for us. Very kind and made my sons whole day. The lobby is beautiful! The Moments restaurant for dinner was very good. Reasonably priced, and the power bowl I ordered was the best I ever had!

Did not like the breakfast at all. Not kid friendly. There were wraps, but they were not warm. My children won't eat wraps with kale, etc. Most continental breakfasts have trays that have scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, homefries or pancakes. Also, there is almost always a waffle maker. There is usually a fridge with yogurts of different varieties, but here there was a big bowl of yogurt... open to the air... and one flavor. The fruit seemed to be canned fruit. Again, all in one bowl. The bagels and muffins were also open to the air and therefore stale. Very very disappointed. For the price point of this hotel, I would expect FAR better. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated. No explanation was given at checkout or at all. Guests were clearly tired from that, and a later checkout should have been offered, even half an hour to an hour. Parking is $28 a day! Did not see that anywhere when I booked!! Pool deck needs cleaning. Hair everywhere. The day we arrived, as well as the next morning when we used the pool so it wasn't cleaned. Also, my daughter slipped on the top stair of the pool (shallow end) and cut her back. The stairs could use to have a bit of grip to them.

Would absolutely stay again. Best hotel near airport we’ve stayed at.

Most comfy king bed. Great large bathroom & shower. Our room was fresh looking & current.

Breakfast could’ve been better Fridge needs to be checked before check in - ours wasn’t cold.

Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Toronto

Proximity to the terminal and rail links were fantastic

The room had a strong curry smell from previous guests using the kitchen. Not the hotels fault, but I won't choose to stay in a room with a full kitchen again

Ok would not recommend due to the use of our credit card by front desk team - very unsatisfactory- not at all user frien

The room & on site facilities were good. Food & beverage staff were very good.

The need to charge my credit card for additional fees over & above a security fee of $50 per night. It has been a week now & this extra fee has not yet been released. We owed only $113 Canadian in F&B charges however we have been charged $325.00 CA. This action just leaves a very bad impression of the hotel. If this money is not returned over the next week I have no option but to advise visa of fraud.

All in all we were very happy with the room. Bed was comfortable. We used the fridge and microwave.

Nice big room with kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Decent airport shuttle service, very prompt in the morning which was nice.

A bit expensive for what you get, but you are probably just paying for being close to the airport.
