Excellent location. Super responsive and helpful host. Large room with a kitchenette and living space. Felt very comfortable as a couple!

Location is fabulous, close to the main attractions, but near to some quiet gems of bars and restaurants too.
We didn’t dislike anything.

Modern and clean. Crisp white cotton sheets. Friendly interactions.
Nothing but watch out for location as there are two number 3's on the same street.

Location is perfect for everything we needed to accomplish in Florence. The apt is on the ground floor so easily accessible. The extra sitting room is a real plus.
The a/c is not adequate to cool the entire apartment and it remained humid in the Florence heat. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The cold water in the kitchen doesn’t work only hot. The krupps coffee machine doesn’t work properly. The bathroom smells like a sewer! The plumbing needs repair!
