还不错！

早餐还不错，品种比其他酒店要好很多！酒店位置打车很容易，便利店都是步行距离，酒店旁边就有一家massage，很棒！

The reception staff are great and a lot of activities are close by.

The staff are welcoming and caring. The swimming pool and the room are great. They offer transportation and reservations to must of the activities in Phuket.

There is no AC in the hallways and it is very hot once you go out from your room. The elevator was very far from the room. You don’t have a lot of choices in the breakfast. Room service is below average and you might see some stains on the towels.

Overall Great!

The hotel is just outstanding, staff are great, amazing pool, excellent happy hour for drinks. We had a perfect breakfast served by the pool.

Only thing is the hotel is a bit far from everything, so we had to take cabs all the time to get to the busy area, I don't think actually this is a hotel problem just the location. However, it was always easy to find Grab car and really cheap, just about 45 minutes trip to Patong for example.

Des vacances parfaites commencent toujours avec un hôtel parfait.

L'hôtel est génial. Le personnel hyper sympathique, souriant, aux petits soins. Tout est propre, les équipements sont entretenus, c'est un établissement très calme. Mention spéciale pour la taille des lits (gigantesques, on aurait pu y dormir à trois !) et le confort. L'hôtel est à proximité immédiate (moins de 3 minutes à pieds) de 3 supermarchés ouverts 24/24h. Un café se trouve à 20m, deux restaurants buffets (excellents eux aussi) sont à 50m, ainsi qu'un très très bon salon de massages. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon, et à très bon prix. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet, le choix est pas mal. Petite mention spéciale pour les deux personnes au bar de la piscine (je n'ai hélas jamais su leur nom, je profite de cet avis pour leur passer le bonjour !), qui étaient très gentils avec nous pendant notre séjour de deux semaines. Je reviendrai sans hésiter au Seabed si je dois revenir sur Phuket !

L'hôtel est dans un quartier un peu retiré, les déplacement se font majoritairement en taxi. Ceci dit, sa position géographique est assez centrale pour profiter des activités phares de Phuket.

Fijne kamer met een heerlijk bed en fijne badkamer inclusief heerlijke stortdouche. Zwembad is ook een dikke plus 👍

Qua locatie wellicht handig om eigen vervoer te hebben, al hoeft dat niet per se.

super séjour

j’ai adorés cet hôtel, le lit confortable, le service et le restaurant avec des plats vraiment bon. Un peu loin mais avec un scooter ça se fais très facilement. Nous sommes ravies et nous reviendrons sans soucis. JA était super. Merci seabed

Nice and okay, really bad start with not check and room not ready. I even got a message that early check in was availabl

Room was not ready to 14 o’clock, really handled bad by the staff. Did not offer any water or something for the incovience, they just told us to wait on a couch. When room was ready, they didn’t even show us op to the room, even to that they sat 4 people behind the desk. 5 star hotel without 5 star service, even got a message from hotel that early check in was possible, glad i didn’t show up early to wait hours. :)

Good and comfortable hotel to stay nearby Phuket oldtown.

Bed is huge and comfortable, pillow is soft and nice. Room is big enough.

Our room gets a bad view, facing some run-down properties.

The rooms were very nice, the bed was comfortable, pool was also nice.

Property did not inform us that children over the age of 12 will be considered adult, on arrival we were charged extra as my brother was 15. Disappointed as property could have informed me 6 months ago when i booked. Next day we went to breakfast and they treated us as if we’re sneaking a person in even after paying more for an upgrade.

Excellent séjour au Seabed bien que loin du centre

La propreté et la grandeur de la chambre. La literie exceptionnelle. Une hygiène au top. Piscine et restaurant de la piscine excellent. Un personnel agréable.

La localisation. Un peu loin du centre et difficulté à trouver des Bolt / taxis.

Perfect for short stays

The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and clean. The pool perfect as size and depth. The staff was very friendly. We even forgot somethnig of value at the check out, and they made everything possible to deliver it to oue next accomodation. We really appreciate!

The hotel's restaurant is opened until 22.00 ( if i remember well), which was pretty inconvenient for us. Also I would recommend to try making better cocktails. Bare in mind the location, you would need to take cabs to go to the main touristic activities.

Bon rapport qualité prix

La piscine, l'ambiance pool bar et la salle de sport. La chambre avec son grand lit, ses équipements et le ménage fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner très varié et à volonté.

La caution de 2000 baths à laisser à la réception, c'est moyen de récupérer cette somme la veille de son départ, pour le change désavantageux. Pour les personnes non véhiculées, les points d'intérêt ne sont pas à côté donc prévoir un scooter, car taxis trop chers...

Bien mais service à améliorer !

La propreté des lieux. Le calme malgré que l’hôtel soit à proximité d’une route fréquentée.

Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Vous avez l’impression d’avoir beaucoup de choix en arrivant et quand vous regarder de plus près, ce n’est pas top… Le personnel est poli mais sans convivialité. Nous avions l’impression de déranger à chaque fois que nous les sollicitions même pour commander un verre ou un déjeuner à la piscine. Nous avions fait le check-out dans l’indifférence la plus totale, pas d’aide pour nos bagages, ni pour trouver un taxi pour l’aéroport… Tout juste s’ils nous ont salué. C’est un 5* mais le service n’est pas à la hauteur.

Modern, clean hotel in Phuket great for couples

Hotel is gorgeous! It’s definitely a new hotel, the pool is so nice and the rooms are spacious. The bed is so comfortable. All the staff are so friendly.

The hotel is a bit away from the old town of Phuket, it is a good hotel to relax and chill, use the pool or do day trips from the hotel.

Nach einem Diebstahl ist der Aufenthalt im Hotel enttäuschend gewesen

Aus dem Geldbeutel wo im Zimmer in der Schublade war wurde das Geld gestohlen. Zimmer wurden nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. An den Ecken waren Haare oder Staub nach Putzen übrig.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt dank einem sehr aufmerksamen Personal.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit einem ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Muay hat uns jeden Gefallen erfüllt. Muay half mir bei einer Geburtstagsüberraschung.

It was was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. best bed i ever had in a hotel. the staff was also very helpful and the food they serve is top quality and not to expensive. they have a very good chef !

they didn’t provide a scooter hire service. and i didn’t like the loud music before 12’o clock in the morning at times

Swimming pool was nice.

showerhead and shower code in the bathroom was very dirty. I can't believe the hotel is 5 star. I took photos of the dirty showerhead and codes. I will not stay at the hotel even for free.
