Hotel BESTPRICE Alcalá

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at BESTPRICE Madrid Alcalá has been absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Madrid. The breakfasts are excellent, and everything is thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and at home. But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its incredible staff. Everyone has been so friendly, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made our stay even more special. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel manager, Kristian, who went above and beyond to help me organize a wonderful birthday surprise for my son. Thanks to his kindness, care, and willingness to help, my son had an unforgettable birthday. As a mother, this meant more to me than words can express. It is rare to find a hotel where you feel so genuinely cared for. Everything about our experience has been simply perfect, and we are leaving with beautiful memories and enormous gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Thank you to Kristian and the entire wonderful team. You made our stay truly unforgettable, and we would love to come back! ❤️

Absolutely nothing! There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay! ❤️

They were very kind and friendly. I never received such a personalized experience, they left a surprise for us when we came back from Shakira’s concert! Very very lovely. The location is perfect to go to the center, also a Park nearby to walk or run and plenty of bars to have Churros or eat around!

All was perfect!

Breakfast was down the block and delicious, people were kind, facilities were clean! Reasonably priced snacks in the lobby!

Super tight parking lot, with only JUST enough spaces for everyone who was there.

Good value. Access to city centre (subway like 2 min walking). Breakfast served in nearby cafe/restaurant (also 2 min, next to subway access). Parking on site for very reasonable price. (I forgot exactly, but around 12 EUR per day)
