The fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, countertop seating, and stainless steel appliances are a cook's dream. Movie nights and leisurely lounging are a must in the large living area with a 55” flat screen TV, cozy furnishings and whole house audio system. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Just a 5 minute stroll will take you to the private beach access at the end of the street, where you will find the sugar white sand and the emerald water of the gulf coast . Located less than one mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Watersound, ClaroMar puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Hub, delicious restaurants, desirable boutiques and more! Or if you prefer to spend a quiet evening cooking at home you can do so in the peaceful confines of the surrounding pines with ample outdoor seating! Parking is available for approx. 4 vehicles in the driveway of the home. Our family of three (and our dog!) took some much needed time for R&R over the holidays. We enjoyed our stay, taking advantage of the peaceful backyard and heated pool. Overall the house had everything we needed, and is in close proximity to good restaurants and the beach for some great sunsets! If going to this area soon, would be mindful that there is bridge repair going on along 30a, so access to seaside, blue mountain, Grayton, etc. takes longer. It was great to have our allergy friendly dog with us, but the downside is that the house did cause allergies to flair up, thinking due to pets who may have stayed previously. Would be mindful of this if you have family members with allergies. Appreciated great communication with the owner, and look forward to our next visit to the area- a great place to make memories!

We loved the house. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, close to everything we wanted to do. We loved having a pool. That was a real luxury we enjoyed thoroughly. The only issue we had were the ants in the back yard. They were every where. Other than that we loved and hope to rebook again!! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful location close to the beach. Much closer to Pier Park then we initialized realized with a ton of good dining options close by if you don’t want to go to far. The pool was wonderful and the back yard is enormous. Will definitely try to rent here again.

First time vacationing on 30A, we’ve stayed in the Destin/Miramar area multiple times. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded. We enjoyed staying at the home and it was spacious enough for our group of 7. Also a plus was being only 2 miles from Publix. Our restaurant recommendation would be The Bay!

This was my second time staying here. You won't find a cleaner place or a better host anywhere! Three bedrooms separated by the living space, private back yard, and a three minute walk to the beach. Just perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home and backyard/pool are so peaceful. Also loved the covered front porch. Great yoga spot. Walk to beach was easy. Make sure to bring chairs/umbrella and anything you might want while there. We were unable to find a beach service that would set up since we weren’t staying directly on the beach. However, it’s a very short walk and would be even easier with a wagon or cart. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet, not much construction happening nearby like some other places we’ve stayed on 30a recently, so that was really nice. Backyard is a sanctuary. We spent so much time out there and our doggos loved running around while we swam. Great place for our small family.

This was the first time we rented a house down in PCB, usually stayed in condo’s. This was the best trip ever. Sooo much more private, quiet and relaxing. No waiting on elevators!!! The house/home was the perfect set up for our family. Pool was so great! Beach was literally a 4 minute walk. Definitely will be booking this home again next year!!!

The house and pool/yard were beautiful. We stayed here for our fall break with kids & our dog. It was a very spacious and clean house. They included some cleaning supplies as well as had dishes & cookwear available. We brought our own but it was nice to see it was available had we forgotten. I misread & thought a golf cart was available to us with the house but there is a golf cart rental place down the street if you choose to do that. There are a lot of stairs down to the beach so renting a golf cart or using the bikes will help you when carrying your beach bag/ cooler & chairs etc to that point/ back to the house. We opted not to use our wagon because of the stairs. That being said the beach is beautiful- it was covered in jellyfish our first day & cleared out each day after- which I am guessing was due to the hurricane Ian. Overall I was pleased with our stay & we are already talking about coming back next year. The town and areas surrounding are adorable & we found some very good restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay over the July 4th holiday. The pool was warm. Great house and location. Easy walking distance to the beach. Watched fireworks from the beach on July 4th. Several great restaurants nearby in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Nice walking / bike path for exploring the area. Great communication with Bob. Wonderful visit with family for vacation break.

Very nice house, pool and back yard if you have pets. The house was very clean, up-to-date and fully furnished. Only draw back was there were no baking sheets/pans, we baked using a skillet. The 2nd bathroom shower has a shower head but when turned on no water comes out, so baths only. I would stay there again if shower was fixed.

This is a great property for your vacation stay on the Emerald Coast. Private beach access 3 minutes away. The home is properly maintained and clean! Our host Bob was quick to respond to one minor detail. Beautiful pool in a fenced in yard so we were able to bring our dog. Plenty of lounging area around the pool and on the back porch. The home is equipped with everything you need. We celebrated our retirement by staying two weeks and enjoyed every minute! We have been visiting 30A for many years at various rentals and this by far was the best yet. We look forward to booking again next year! Carol & Brian

Overall a great visit - our second time back. Great neighborhood location with walking distance to the beach. We mostly walked along the beach and the house location is very close. We enjoyed dinner at several nearby local restaurants, such as at 30Avenue. We also enjoyed the heated pool on several of the days. Communication with Bob was great. No issues. We plan to stay again.
