Permit Number: 01585,01586 The Space: Our spacious 3-floor property ‘The Palmetto’, is ideal for groups and families. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed and is in the guesthouse detached from the main house in the rear of the property. Located on of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! These two units each have their own private entrance. Both units are accessed from a first floor entrance. The Palmetto features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and cozy living room with high vaulted ceilings. In unit A, two of the five bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground level and one on the third level, each with a full bathroom. The fifth bedroom is in the form of a separately accessed studio suite at the rear of the property. The studio suite also features a kitchenette and a small sitting area. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat-screen Roku powered TV and King or Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. *Airbed: Available upon request, however, you must notify management at least 24 hours before your check-in time* Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking* We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away.
