Awesome. Great accommodations for us.

Overall great. My bedroom light was flickering and needed changed and I should have asked for it to be fixed. I just told them at checkout. Not a big deal for me.

Overall a good pleasant stay. Loved the weather, the ocean view and the time to relax!

Great ocean view, seamless access to the room, good faculties provided in the room. Advance notifications via email of the upcoming stay, booking code, and more made the process quite smooth and seamless. Few supplies were missing in the room but we could replenish them easily from the front desk.

We had loud blaring fire alarms that ran for a few days; sometimes during the full day while sometimes it was flashing lights. There was minimal information shared with us on what was happening. In fact we evacuated the room one morning after hearing the alarms, but when I called them back 1-2 hours later to see if we could return, I was told it was a test alarm. So communication could be improved surely. Also, the room cleanliness could be better. The sofa bed should have its sheets cleaned regularly, the room floor was dusty and deserved a cleaning before we accessed the room on Day 1.

Beautiful ocean view, close to many things, would stay again.

The view of the Ocean is beautiful from your room, Bed was very comfortable, location was perfect, right next door is senior frogs bar and grill on the beach, about a mile from pier park and the board walk. I came with my 3 adult daughters and 2 nieces, we had plenty of space in our room and they loved the night life, the local clubs are open to 4am, but there is plenty of family friendly things to do as well. Lots of shops near by and restaurants. I loved the pool and hot tub we went every day and we loved the beach being right there with the beach chairs and umbrella included with our room. we found sand crabs at night and saw lots of marine life,sea turtles, stingray, jellyfish and dolphins came every morning and gave us a show, we booked the Sea screamer dolphin cruise it was the best part of my trip they really put on a great show for us. I also liked having the washer and dryer in our room. overall a nice place to stay.

Elevators are slow, parking fills up fast, Our master bath tub drain was slow draining every time we showered we stood in water. The other bathroom light kept flickering on and off and eventually went out. All the closets in the bedrooms had all the shelving broken or missing so you couldn't really even use the closets for your clothes. we ended up leaving ours in our suitcases on a chair. Room just needs a little TLC but nothing major, was still a nice room.

Sunrise Beach resort is a great place to stay!

I love the location. It’s close to all the things I enjoy about PCB. The parking garage is convenient. The pools are nice and they added a snack bar! My unit was super clean with nice amenities.

I enjoyed my vacation at this property. I love it. Definitely I’ll come back again.

I liked location and beach view.

I did not like parking it was kinda hard to find free spot. Apt was cleaned and neat but I noticed cockroaches in the kitchen.

There was nothing we didn't like that didn't have to do with nature, the rip tide issue kept us out of the water for a few mornings, nothing to do with Sunrise Beach Resort

Our stay was wonderful. We celebrated our 60th wdddkng anniversary with all our family.

Location & convenience to things.

Didn’t realize we needed to furnish toilet paper & trash bags. There were 13 of us & used paper plates making lots of trash & lots of toilet paper. We are used to staying in timeshares & they furnish those.

Exceptional

Everything was extremely clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Loved the pools and being so close to the ocean. The kids loved the mushroom splash pad!

During a fire alarm, nothing came across the speakers...only one of our party heard the alarm because she was closest to the parking garage at the pool...she let the rest of us know. One of our rooms had a leak from the hot water heater. The wristbands broke easily. We all still had a Wonderful time though!

The condo was not worth the money it cost. Appliances didn’t function and needed replaced

The beach was beautiful.

The value was terrible considering the amenities. The couch was barely able to be sat on and the refrigerator and dishwasher both needed to be replaced.

TV’s were out dated and not all TV could get same channels. The TV in the one spare room should be replaced as it has blue streaks.
