Vista Cay Orlando is a gated community with onsite security, There are 2 heated resort pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki pool bar, a kiddie pool, a games room, a clubhouse with a concierge, a fitness/gym room, a lakeside walking trail, playground, basketball courts, resort gift shop. All free resort amenities with free parking. In front of Vista Cay are a large supermarket (Publix), a large pharmacy (Walgreens), and several casual restaurants and other shops. Our stay at Vista Cay was great! Thanks to our hosts for providing a clean, comfortable and spacious place to stay. Close to a grocery store, convention center, places to eat and places to walk. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered at the resort. If we’re in Orlando again in the future, we’d book this condo again.

Great place. 5 stars. Property manager communication was excellent. Facility was spotless and the amenities were luxurious. We hope to be back when Universal Epic opens in 2025---it's practically across the street!

The unit was so spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a perfect location for all of our activities which were Universal studios, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

The host checked in with us several times during our stay and was prompt to respond to any requests. The property is well maintained and clean, roomy and airy. We had a great experience.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It is incredibly spacious. The pictures really don't do it justice. Everything is well-appointed and updated, and the beds and furniture are very comfortable.
Gary and his team were very communicative throughout our stay. The ice maker in the fridge was not working when we arrived. I let Gary know, and a technician was there the next day to address the situation. He even brought a bag of ice with him!
The only issue that I would point out is that you can hear really everything that's happening in the unit above. Not sure what can be done about that. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. It gave us space to move around. And the furniture was top notch. Stayed at other places where it was obvious the furniture was bought second hand. At this unit the furniture was up to date and the beds comfortable. The location was great. We had a convention, and just walked. Saving us parking fees each day.

The three-bedroom was fantastic. Gary was quick to respond to any questions.
The location is in a safe gated community and the place was bright and spacious. Loved that we could make some of our own meals, and not have to head to the restaurant for every meal or coffee.

The condo was absolutely delightful. The pool was outstanding. The value was excellent. The communication was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Orlando. It was close to all the theme parks and dinning.

Fantastic Property
We loved this condo! Awesome property. Very clean. Excellent communication from property owners. Check in and out was very easy and he stayed in touch throughout. We were there for the AAU volleyball tournament and this unit was very close to the North Concourse of the Convention Center. A bonus with this particular owner: they will donate any unused/unopened food items to a food pantry which is great. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was incredibly convenient--near a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and the North Concourse of the Orlando Convention Center. A bonus was that there is a running/walking trail on the back side of the property around a lagoon with lots of bird-watching opportunities.
