About this house rental

Welcome to the Downtown Asheville Modern Retreat, an urban destination offering easy access to all of Asheville's delights. Exclusive new construction townhome in the South Slope Brewing District with a one-car garage, elevator, and unobstructed sunset views from a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the mountains and has City views as well. This four-level, 2,115 square foot townhouse comfortably accommodates six guests. Features include modern architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows, an elevator (please note, elevator does not go to rooftop terrace) and a private rooftop terrace with natural gas grill and fire pit. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a full bath with a shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a tub. The first-floor office has a bunk bed that also has a trundle bed and a full bath with a shower. As this is urban living, bedrooms are furnished with black-out draperies and white-noise machines. The main level is comprised of a fully-stocked kitchen, powder room, and comfortable den with a gas fireplace. The private garage accommodates one mid-size SUV or sedan (vehicles longer than 16' will not fit), with additional street parking outside the front door. The Bauhaus South Slope townhome development is located adjacent to McCormick Field, just off Biltmore Avenue. Recently dubbed the “Brewery District,” you can stroll to a variety of craft breweries including Wicked Weed, Green Man, Hi-Wire, and Bhramari as well as the entertainment at The Orange Peel, Pack Square, the River Arts District, and the Asheville Civic Center. They are only a short distance away. The location offers easy access to Asheville's wonderful restaurants and bars, and is a five-minute drive from Biltmore Village and The Biltmore Estate. After a satisfying day of outdoor adventures, explore everything that Asheville has to offer or enjoy a beautiful mountain sunset from the comfort of the private rooftop terrace.

Our stay was awesome. The condo was perfect, especially the roof top fire pit. Walkable to the shops and brewery. Great dining options.

Pretty close to everything, but a lot of road noise.

Check in and check out process was a breeze. Lovely place with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The rooftop patio is delightful! The elevator is a big plus with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very clean and neat. One thing that was disappointing was there was only one TV, one dish towel in kitchen and no hand towels in one of the bathrooms.

Everything about the place was beautiful. Very clean, excellent communication from host, very comfortable mattress, pillows and sheets. High end finishes and furniture. Lots of space and storage. Area felt safe and walking distance to many restaurants and breweries. Roof top space unmatched.

Great location to walk to restaurants and shops. Very nice condo itself. The elevator was in working order. No technical issues with washer/dryer or water pressure or anything like that. This one thing stood out as far as our stay, and as a group of 6, the majority agreed that even though the location and the condo were nice, the furnishings were not. Beds, pillows, couch, not comfortable. Hard plastic kitchen chairs. No pictures on the walls. Mattress comfort is a big deal when you stay 3 nights-nobody slept. It felt maybe as if all the money went into the actual condo, that the furnishings were very skimped on. Not to say someone shouldn’t stay here. WE just won’t be back because it wasn’t a “comfortable” space-except for the rooftop furniture by the fire pit.

The Razzledazzles had a great time in Asheville and your property was the perfect fit. We loved the proximity to downtown and the modern clean living spaces. Thank you so much for your fast communication and assistance when needed. Travis is definitely an asset to your business with his friendly personality and willingness to provide fast help! I did provide him with a few things we felt might help with future guest's experiences at your property. Overall, a top destination for anyone wanting to explore the Asheville area. Don't hesitate to book this property. We will be back!! 💜
