the staff was very nice, they tried their best to comunicate with us although they spoke rare english. the hot spring was good.

Because the hotel located a litter bit far from both ports, so we wrote a email 3 days before the arrival asking about the pick-up service. At first they answered via the "booking message" that if we reserve the dinner they would pick us from the port for free. But later I received a email saying that "they will pick us up for free, and they would have a sign of Ikijimaso, without mentioning the dinner issue". Although when we arrived at the port, we saw nobody of the hotel, so I call them. the receptionist didn't speak any english at all, luckily he unterstood my three words“ Gonoura Port，now, pick up". After 15 mins, we finally met with the driver of the hotel, and the staff even didn't mention about the pick up fee when we arrived at the hotel. I wrote all these verbose thing just want to suggest the hotel to give a clear policy/instuction about the pick up service, because the transportation is not very friendly to the independent travellers. And if you don't come with the group, you'd better arrange the transport issue before your arrival.
