This property was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. We wanted a nice place with comfortable gathering spaces that would be walkable to a lot of things and this fit the bill perfectly! Everything was clean, instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely rent it again.

The home was beautiful and very close proximity to Old Town attractions, shopping, etc. The rooms were extremely well-decorated and very clean. The pool and outdoor setting was lovely.
One issue we had was the plumbing (which was reported in other reviews). The kitchen sink disposal was clogged and so the sink would not drain. One of the en suite toilets would not flush and kept running. We had to call maintenance on day 1 and there was some miscommunication about when they would arrive, but ultimately both were fixed. The toilet continued to make small noises, so I recommend replacing it.
The kitchen is missing several items such as wine glasses, plastic cups for the pool/deck and many serving utensils. Also, there are not enough towels for a home that size.
Overall everything was 4.8 stars and would recommend to others.

The house was spacious. The layout was perfect and I he pool was wonderful! We were close to all the action in old town.
My only suggestions would be that we could have used more towels - both bath and pool. And I wish the pool was heated for no additional cost.
But we would love to come back and would certainly stay here again! Awesome time.

Overall this house was great. It’s within 1/2- 3/4 of mile to old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square mall. They have an oversized refrigerator which was awesome. The island in the kitchen is huge. There is also a butlers pantry. The bedrooms were all good size. 4 of the 5 had their own bathrooms. The 5th bedroom had to share a bathroom since they only had a 1/2 bath. We were short towels from the beginning and had a plumbing issue but they were very quick to come fix and supply us with what we needed. The floors are in need of a deep clean. More pool rafts/noodles are needed and there are only 2 pool loungers. For a house this big they definitely need more. There are 2 tvs in the living area about 10 feet apart which is weird. They could use one on the patio.

Great location. Very clean. The staff had zero idea of where anything was in the property. Makes me think they have never visited the property. The kitchen needs all utensils. They had zero wine glasses. Zero basic cooking or baking needs. Could not find the pool light. The staff did not know. Overall a few hundred bucks from the owner would put this place in the 10s. I’d consider that

Very nice 6 bedroom property.
Lacked a view commonly supplied items, like wine glasses.
Wi-fi service was terrible. One of our group is an engineer and determined that they have too many devices for the amount of available bandwidth.

Great house!
This was a perfect house for a few couples to enjoy a trip in Scottsdale! Almost every room had their own private bathroom which was very nice! The common area was great for everyone to relax and hangout in. Very clean and nice!

The proximity to Old Town can't be beat.

No chalk for the pool table. One outside trash can (for 12 people)? Ran out of trash bags, etc. Many drawers not working. Simply put, will never do business with propco again. The home owners / corp should check into it we think.

Location was great.
Property was in an easy location to get to and close to old town. When we got there, the internet was not working and the stove top was badly cracked and could not be fully used for cooking. We also did not have enough towels for our group but the property manager was easy to contact and had a service man come to fix the internet and had more towels delivered the next day.
Overall we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable and the property and bathrooms were overall clean.

Great space for a large group (especially 3-4 couples traveling together)
4 en-suite bedrooms, with nice updated bathrooms
2 additional sleeping spaces, best for children
Pantry space with an additional sink and an additional dishwasher (GREAT for large group meals!)
The pool, lawn and fire pit are wonderful
Con's:
The house needs a deep cleaning very badly. You can tell a housecleaning service comes in and does a mild once over- however, the doorframes are filthy, light switches are not wiped down, the dust and muck is so thick on the ceiling fans it falls off.
The back patio has not been sprayed down in years (the dirt and filth covers the walls making it uncomfortable to sit at the outside tables- which are also filthy)
Most the remotes did not have batteries
The TV's are not Smart TV's
The paint is chipped and baseboards are scuffed and dirty.
Our group of 9 adults were able to spread out and enjoyed out stay.

Great house! It was more spacious than anticipated. My only issue was during check-in; the instructions that were sent were not accurate. I called the management company and it took about 10-15 minutes to figure out, but once we were inside the house, we had a great weekend. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent Property for a Sizable Group + Feedback
We visited Scottsdale for a gathering of ten friends. The property itself is great, offers great amenities and nice privacy. I would definitely recommend to others and return to visit with a similar size group in the future.
As for constructive feedback:
For our stay in particular, we were disappointed in the pool... We paid extra to have it heated, and it was still quite cold. Additionally, the pool light didn't work for the entirety of our trip: two days worth of back-and-forth communication with hosts before a technician stopped out and determined it was officially "out". As a result, we rarely if ever used the pool.
Communication was a bit frustrating at times - often getting vague answers without solutions and the only known way to communicate was via VRBO Messenger.
Great location based on my research of the area. While "2 Blocks from Old Town" is likely accurate based on a map, it's at least 3/4 mile - 1 mile from anything worth visiting. We thought we'd walk most places, but an Uber is necessary for most.

Great house! It was more spacious than anticipated. My only issue was during check-in; the instructions that were sent were not accurate. we had a wonderful experience at this home. the open layout is perfect for a large group and the house was in beautiful condition. the third party concierge (Dawn) was also fabulous and picked up our luggage for us and dropped it at the house since we couldn't check in early. highly recommend!

It’s a gorgeous house, but the cleanliness was lacking for being labeled “luxury” the carpets in the master are worn down and dirty (not even sure why they put carpet in a vacation rental) the outdoor furniture was also dirty to the point we couldn’t just dust it off. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all summer, which was disappointing considering it’s summertime and we spent Plenty of time outside. Also some of the kitchen drawers would fall to the ground when you opened them which was interesting… especially a drawer full of knives falling on one of the girls feet!
Also getting in the house was challenging as I read in another review. It’s a lock box, not the door code and the lock box is broken. Again, not sure why that hasn’t been replaced when multiple people have had issues getting it unlocked. Overall the house was great and has a great layout for a large group, just wasn’t quite the luxury We we’re expecting in some areas. Still would stay again despite the minimal negatives!
