Sundestin Unit 1115 is directly on the beachfront with a fabulous coastline view from a private eleventh-floor balcony looking to the west! This unit sleeps six and offers an upscale contemporary coastal décor with new living room furnishings, updated kitchen & bath, as well as fine tile flooring. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, a large flat screen smart TV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Destin coastline. Prepare family meals in with the fully stocked upscale kitchen with full-size stainless appliances and a generous supply of housewares. The primary bedroom offers two queen beds with fine headboards, a flat-screen smart TV, a DVD, and separate access to the balcony. The primary bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill style bath and a half with a shower/tub combo accessible from the hallway and the primary bedroom. Please take in the sunsets in elegance and style at Sundestin Unit #1115. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I had read some previous reviews and my experience with reviews is sometimes people don't like something due to a bad thing that happened. this time I have to side with the negative ones. the entry door looked to me like it needed replacement. kitchen cabinets are in disrepair. shower water control was loose and ready to come apart. medicine cabinet was rusty enough that my wife wouldn't use. the bathroom sink base had holes at the bottom that could be a mouse run. there are light switches that turned nothing on. tv in living room never worked. there are several other things too many to list here. reluctantly we stayed the night and I had plans the next day to find a new place in destin where we could enjoy our vacation. I have to say that Vacasa recognized our discontent and worked quickly to arrange another acceptable place for us to stay.

Great place. Though pictures are not accurate. Different decor, smaller sofa and less seats in living room. Need more seating. Front desk offered 2 tickets to redeem in gift shop for free kids souvenirs. Took kids and they "ran out of seashells over summer" which was a disappointment for my kids. Otherwise great trip.

This unit needs work. The pictures in the listing are deceiving. This was our 7th year at Sundestin and the condos are going down. The beach rules are getting ridiculous too. The chairs are stacked on top of each other and you aren’t allowed to bring your own umbrella anymore.
The view from the balcony was great and it was clean.

This was a horrible experience! We were given 3 towels for 5 people. There was no towel service so we had to wash the 3 towels daily so everyone could use one. It was 5.00 per load. On the first day we were there, there was a leak in the kitchen so we also had to use one of the towels to clean that up. We ran out of toilet paper and they wouldn't give us more so we had to buy that as well. In order to get in touch with someone at Vacasa, you had to sit on hold for an hour on vacation! We will never use vacasa again and will let all of our friends and family know how much they nickel and dime you for everything!

A/c was great, nice partial view. Room was clean but does need some TLC all around.... cabinet hinges would not allow cabinets to shut correctly, screws on chairs and table needed to be tightened, and one of the box spring mattress had a spring protruding. Also the wifi name does not match the room number

The view was amazing! The proximity to the beach was also very nice. The villa is a bit dated. Needs some touch ups but I would rent this villa again.

Nice place and nice view. Fix it list, red lamp in bedroom has broken switch, lamp doesn’t turn on or off. Floor needs a GOOD SCRUB MOP. Floor looks clean up after walking around in white soaks you can see how dirty the floor is. They need to mop behind the closed doors.

The beachfront access was a plus along with ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the microwave, range, and refrigerator were all fairly new. The condo was average, not as pretty as in the advertised photo. One lamp lightbulb was out on arrival so had to call front desk to replace. The kiddy splash pad was not working properly, only had small amount of water coming out of them.
However, I loved the customer service from Vacasa mgmt team, flawless.

The accommodations were clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time and plan to return to the same place on our next vacation. Beautiful views and convenient to everything.

The kitchen is absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a condo that’s secluded but in a nice area this is the condo to get. Excellent Choice
The kitchen is absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a condo that’s secluded but in a nice area this is the condo to get. We arrived after a long drive to find bloody sheets. We spent an hour trying to get in contact with someone to get new linen. Someone said the sheets would arrive by 8 p.m. They never arrived. 24/ 7 service is a joke. Will NEVER use Vacasa again. Beware!!

Pictures need to be updated, the nice furniture in the pictures are not what was in the room when we got there. We had a much older couch that was very wet and couldn’t sit on for the first two days. Not all the furniture was different but overall the whole room was in rough condition.

I have been to the SunDestin multiple times. I think the pics on the site are a little deceiving. The condo definitely needs some TLC. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors don’t close. The bathtub tile needs work and the sofa is terribly stained.

We have stayed at Sundestin Resort in the past and had a great experience until this time. I don't normally write reviews but I feel like I need to this time. There is so much that needs to be improved. First off it's advertised as beach front it is not. It's a corner where you overlook the roof of other buildings. It shows beautiful rugs, decorative items on coffee table and pillows...none exist. The beds were so uncomfortable and squeak really bad. Also no extra blankets for beds. The extra pillows in the closet were king size with regular size pillow cases. The gray couch is stained really bad and the directors chairs are not usable. 2 Lamps were broken. Maintenance came and fixed one but had to leave the other one broken. The security lock on the door is broken/removed. The generous supply of housewares is a joke. One very small omelet skillet and a small pan that maybe big enough for 2 cups of water. Couldn't cook breakfast bc skillet was so small. The shelves in the refrigerator kept falling down. The AC vent is falling off the wall. When we checked in the front desk they said if we had any problems to use the phone in the unit to dial down stairs. The problem is both phones were disconnected It's sad at how much money we spent for this. The units we had stayed at before at this resort were so nice with very nice furniture etc. Very disappointed

Other than that, the set up of the condo (loved the double toilet/sink bathroom with one tub) was perfect. The full length mirrors helped with 5 girls getting dressed and 1 bathroom. All in all if the beds were replaced I would gladly stay here again.

It’s more on the side of the building so you don’t see any of the beach in front of the building. The elevators are tiny: a definite issue during COVID times. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy and we didn’t have to share an elevator except once. There are 2 queen beds in the bedroom and the one next to the balcony is really close to the window so it’s difficult for the person sleeping on that side of the bed to maneuver when getting in and out of bed- bumped my hip a couple of times.

Great location, awesome beach and pool. The add was misleading saying it was Ocean Front. This condo is corner Ocean Front. Our balcony overlooked a hotel roof and parking lot. Partial Beach View. Great sunsets. Beds were very comfortable. Living room had directors chairs and stained coach. Not very comfortable. Photo shows nice rugs in living & dining room. There where no rugs. I would stay here again but would make sure balcony faced the full beach and living room & dining room furniture where in better & more comfy able condition.
