My daughter and I stayed one night in order to tour two local colleges. Friendly staff, updated interior, very clean, lots of space, a full kitchen in the studio room, and centrally located.

Very accommodating! I got to my room early from an early flight and I was very tired and I was accommodated with an early check in and breakfast while I waited. The staff were very friendly and made sure I was okay. Kudos to Maria for helping me get in early and her courteous and kind customer service

I am a business traveller, plans change. So I expect some flexibility from the hotels where I stay when bookings have to be rescheduled or even cancelled. I don't expect a refund. A credit to use on my next stay will do. I've stayed in this hotel before. But on my multiple efforts to contact the hotel and ask for a credit because of my cancellation not a single reply. No answers, just silence. I am an easy going guy, and I understand life is most of the time a compromise. But this is really ugly.

i didnt like that you had to pay extra for parking on the same property. that should be free if you booked a room.

Não sei se já tinha avaliado, estou fazendo para garantir que estou deixando a avaliação: Destaco atendimento de Maria, Gabi e Rafaela, super atenciosas e possuem uma comunicação impecável, as meninas possuem uma boa vontade fora do comum, fazem de tudo para entregar uma ótima experiência ao seu hóspede. Posso dizer que foi o melhor lugar que me hospedei até hoje, e olhe que costumo me hospedar em bons hotéis como Hilton por exemplo, mas este superou minhas expectativas, principalmente pelo atendimento das meninas. Super recomendo!

Mudaria apenas o chuveiro do banheiro e colocaria um box que vedasse 100% a parte de banho, no mais tudo perfeito.

Clean, large rooms. Located in safe area, bar food was a nice touch because we could order and take to room and relax
