Very nice condo, well appointed and stocked. Parking was easy. John, the owner, is very available but doesn’t intrude. Will stay here again if John is OK with that.

This is our 3rd visit to SF in the past year, and the accommodations were perfect - clean, easy access to the square and other areas, and the condo was equipped with all our needs. It made everything so easy for us.

We have rented a lot of homes thru VRBO and this property by far is the nicest. Extremely clean and modern. Absolutely everything you need to cook a meal if you choose. Comfortable bed, great shower and the radiant heat floors were great during the cold nights. Very close to center of Santa Fe. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Albertsons are all close by. John the owner was super. Any questions I texted to him he answered in a timely manner and was very kind. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks John!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Beautifully appointed condo, fully furnished in contemporary decor with lovely art. Beautiful bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers. Comfy king bed in loft area. Fully stocked modern kitchen. Walking distance to the railrunner train and Railyard District. Owner was very informative and helpful without intruding. Just wonderful!!

Quiet, peaceful loft condominium. The home is just as pictured. The best part of the stay was the proximity to great restaurants, the Santa Fe Plaza, and many different museums and historical sites. I will definitely be staying at this VRBO again!!

Wonderful accommodation in a superb area. Clean, nicely decorated, very functional for two people in town for a conference and to experience everything from culture to wilderness that the area has to offer. Would definitely stay there again!

Great property for 2 people who want to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, coffee, etc. Loved the farmer's market! Condo has comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed having a drink in the evening on the balcony. Would most definitely stay here again.

My wife and I rented this property for the month of April 2023. Clean and well supplied. Convenient to all locations. I even walked to downtown which is about 1 1/2 miles. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive. We'd do it again.

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays ever! The condo was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a week-long stay exploring Santa Fe and doing a little remote work. Super clean, well-appointed, easy communication with John. The location was tucked away and private but an easy walk to several popular stores and restaurants. Loved everything about it for the two of us!

Very nice place in a quiet, convenient location. Owner’s restaurant recommendations were helpful and spot on. Loved the antique stores right next door, and wish we had stopped into Whooos Donuts, just around the corner, before our last day. We would be happy to stay here again.

This place was exactly what we looked for and the photos were very accurate. John was the consummate host. He had perfect check in info and met us to help the transition into the property. Modern, clean and very functional space. Heated floors kept us cozy, the kitchen and eating spaces were lovely and the loft bedroom gave us the space to unpack and feel at home. Lots of conveniences and stores close to home. Easy drive to the Plaza or Railyard! We look forward to staying again!

I highly enjoyed this lovely, nicely furnished place in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is close to excellent restaurants and within walking distance of the Plaza, Railyard and Santa Fe Farmer's Market. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was accessible, responsive and very helpful. This bright and comfortable condo is away from the street and offers loads of privacy. It's perfect for a single person or a couple.

The loft was very comfortable and very clean. I particularly appreciated how well stocked it was. All the kitchen equipment you could ever need. And, something I never see in rental offerings, a nice supply of napkins, foil, and saran wrap. Those are things that you don't want to buy for a short stay and are so nice to have. The owner outfitted this property with great care.

We had a great visit! Our condo was beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. The central location was perfect for day trips to Taos and Bandelier. The location also provided easy access to the Santa Fe town center. We loved having Trader Joe's close by. While you are there be sure to visit Lupe's Andale (food truck around the corner - amazing food). Also, you'll find several great antiques shops and restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend this property!

Very enjoyable stay! The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable and clean with a kitchen that is well equipped. Excellent WiFi speed and Smart TV. The condo is off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood but only a six minute drive to the plaza with easy access to stores (Trader Joe's and Whole Foods nearby). We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed making this condo our home base in Santa Fe for the second year in a row -- and we have already reserved again for next year. It is not "old Santa Fe" or on the Plaza, but works for us because it is contemporary in style and located convenient walking distance from stores, cafes, etc. Wonderful host!

My husband and I spent one week in this lovely condo located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to restaurants and even a Trader Joe’s. It was a quick drive to downtown Santa Fe when we wanted to shop, but when we were tired, it was wonderful to return to the condo, sit on the patio, and enjoy the weather and quiet. Other than groceries, the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen, in particular, was roomy and well supplied. We loved the two full bathrooms with showers—multiple heads! The condo was open, bright, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend!

This host thought of every detail! The ambiance was secluded, quiet and comfortable in every way. Kitchen amenities thought of every detail. The location is 3-4 long blocks from town, which I prefer, but yet walkable to many grocery, local dining and antique shops. 2 full bathrooms for added convenience. The photos are an exact depiction of the open, modern vibe. Can't wait to return!

The loft was the perfect place for our week-long stay. It had everything you needed to be as comfortable as possible and was in a very central location walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. We plan to stay here again when we return to Santa Fe in the future!

We were thoroughly pleased with our two-month summer stay at this property .... so much so that we've already booked it again for next year! We like the modern look and this condo is clean, stylish, quiet, well-constructed, and fitted out with every amenity one might need. The location proved to be very convenient for us -- easy walking to shopping, cafes, the farmers market and more. Our host John was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!
