Important Information: - This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected. - No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm). - Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden. - Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided) - Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise. This building doesn’t have elevator and the stairs are very steep, so be sure to have that into consideration before booking it, as it might not be a good fit for groups with elderly guests or heavy luggage. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info) Late Check-in Fee: Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in.
