This Condo has everything you need for a large family. The view of the beach is less then a 1/4 mile away and was beautiful from the Master bedroom and living room area. Many mornings and nights I enjoyed just sitting on my fenced in porch on the sixth floor and was able to see for many miles down the beach and out into the ocean. The elevator made going to the sixth floor with all my luggage and fishing gear a breeze. The Jetti is only a few miles down the beach, and had many species of fish to catch. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were beautiful. I will be returning in the near future. The manager was always attentive and answered all my email questions prior to my arrival within a day of me sending emails to him. The only thing I would suggest is and upgrade on some of the living room furniture as it was a little uncomfortable due to old cushioning going flat and the Master bedroom could use a blackout curtain for those who want to sleep in, as the sun shines through the thin privacy blind. The Master bedroom could also have a locking door for privacy. Other then that it more than met my expectations.

The condo was clean and stocked with everything you would need for a stay. You only need to bring your clothes. We stayed for two weeks and it was amazing. The view is incredible. I loved waking up and seeing the ocean just out our living room window. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation.

We loved our stay. Everyone person that was working at the property that we crossed paths with was very friendly. Easy beach access. Loved the pool. Washer & dryer are a must have for a beach trip & this one had a great set. I wish I’d known how much great beach stuff they had available for our use, like toys & beach chairs. I could have packed a lot less stuff lol. We were a group of 7, 5 adults & 2 kids & we all fit great.

This property was exactly as described. It was tastefully decorated and clean. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Linens and towels were included and the beds were comfortable. The location on the island was perfect and the unobstructed was amazing. We found the area quiet, even though there were a lot of families at the complex. Our family enjoyed our stay and would defintely return to this unit. Thank you to our hosts for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful place. Your communication during the process and our stay was appreciated. We fell in love with SPI.

Couldn't be more perfect! Loved how quiet it was at this end of the island. Condo has all supplies you need. From plenty of kitchen utensils to beach chairs, towels. The only thing we had to supply was our food and drinks! The ⛱ beach is so relaxing, water was clear from your neck down! Ed, the owner was super friendly in all communications. Will be back next year!

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay in unit 604 despite the fact that the electricity went out for 10 hours due to an unexpected storm. Ed and Cathy went beyond measures to help us through it. Brought batteries, flashlights and bottled water for us then carried up buckets of water for the toilets. Glad they are in such great shape because one trip up 6 flights about did me in. The unit is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. It was nice to have shampoo, detergent, coffee, seasonings, beach toys. The list goes on. Beds were comfortable (but softer than we are used to). The master bedroom does get light early because the blinds are not blackouts but we are early risers so that wasn’t a problem. The back two bedrooms are nice and dark. All bedrooms have patios off of them. The chair on the second bedroom patio was not usable and needs to be replaced but we didn’t really use that patio at all, just to watch the storm roll in. The main patio has 4 nice chairs to take in the view. There is no bathtub but condo has two beautiful showers. All in all, it’s a great unit. The door lock stopped working and all we did was text Ed and he was right over to try to fix it. We chose to leave two days early with Ed and Cathy’s blessings due to bad weather and worrying about power going out again. We loved this unit but will have to find a lower unit next time due to my husband’s health issues.

Unit 604A was very clean, had ample space for six people, and felt very private and safe. The uncharacteristic rainy weather put the elevators out of use and Ed was extremely proactive in letting us know the situation and offering another unit on a lower floor. We greatly appreciated this caring and attentive gesture! The 6th floor was quiet and we loved that this condo is an end unit. The condo had so many complimentary items we were grateful for: beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler, spices, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware and tupperware. We felt very comfortable in this beachfront condo and would recommend it to others.

Top floor. Amazind view of beach, jetties, Isla Blanca park and Laguna Madre ( Bay) Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. No issues. We stay on SPI approx 3 times a year. We have yet to be let down by a stay at Sea Vista. Quick tip..try Mahi Nic at the marina ( walkable from condo) very fresh Mahi and relaxing breezy outdoor seating. Best Service on the Island by far.

Other than the elevator breaking the first night it was a great couples weekend! It was fixed by the next morning and we were able to have a great beach day and visited local restaurants and shopping !

Everything was amazing from the property itself to all of the available beach gear kitchen utensils shampoo body wash lotion everything you can think of was available at this property. The only con were the curtains in the master bedroom and living room the sun shined right through making it a bit hot I would suggest investing in some black out curtains to make it feel a bit cooler during the day. I will definitely stay at this property again!

This place is AMAZING! This is our second time at this property and it never disappoints. We are already planning a third trip. Ed is amazing and has always been quick to answer any questions or concerns we’ve had. This place is def the best location on the island. It accommodates my family of 7 very easily.

It was an amazing experience. Right on the beach, not too crowded and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was not too far and there were 2 very handy washing stations to use when coming back from the beach. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The condo was great, plenty of cookware, serving wear and beach gear! That was a huge plus having some beach chairs to use! We brought our own umbrella. Had some internet issues, Ed was great and communicated with us it was an island wide issue at that particular time and was up and running the next morning. The pool at building two was heated and hot tub . Pool at building one hot tub was out of order and pool wasn’t heated first 2 days. Beach access was perfect! We had a blast!

What an amazing view! We had a wonderful time on our first visit to SPI! The condo was well equipped, clean & comfortable, just like it said in the listing. No surprises there, for the most part (no paper towels or extra kitchen trash bags but that was very minor). We were surprised to find the elevator out of order, however, but that is through no fault of the owner. We just took it in stride and figured it would be great cardio, which it was! My 5-month old “new knee” even held up better than I thought it would! Ed very graciously refunded part of our stay as recompense for the elevator, which was so thoughtful. I think the property managers could have been better at communicating, but I’m sure they’ve been advised as such by Ed & hopefully other condo owners. Ed was wonderful to work with & if you’re looking for a “home away from home” type place, this is it. Thanks again Ed! We’ll definitely be back!! :)

The owners were very attentive and worked with us as we had some last minute changes in our stay. When we got there the washing machine was broken and when I emailed the owner of the property about when they were hoping to get it fixed, I never received a response. The stay was lovely, there was plenty of room and lots of amenities were available for our use. I found it odd that we didn't receive any notice that the washing machine was broken since this was one of the amenities listed on the listing and that has been a must every year we have gone to the beach. Hopefully this is fixed before the next stay!
