With walking distance to both town and the gondola, along with a free shuttle service, your group will have no problem accessing everything the Breckenridge community has to offer! Mountain Thunder is equipped with new hardwood floors, updated countertops, a gas fireplace, and beautiful finishes for a pristine and cozy place to wind down after a powder day or summer hike. Your group will have access to a plethora of amenities, including hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool*, gas grills, and access to fitness rooms, a steam room/sauna, and two-lane bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place located at the base of Peak 8. LIVING ROOM The living area is a great place to relax and enjoy the evening with friends or family including a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Great rental for a group. Very clean, well organized, plenty of extras and essentials for a group. Very easy to access. Garage was easy to use and open. Fireplace warmed up livingroom well. Close to garbage building. Easy walk to gondola and town.

This was our first time staying at Mountain Thunder and we were very impressed! Everything was exactly as stated. The master bedroom is all we used and the bed was very high, it would be helpful to have some steps to help get in. 😂 But we made it work. 😊 It was a beautiful location and close to main street, so that was nice. We enjoyed our time here!

This property was wonderful for our trip! Great location, and very clean and updated unit. We had a few minor maintenance things that needed to be fixed when we arrived, and management had them fixed within an hour of us calling. Management was super helpful and responded very quickly to any communications we had with them! Thanks for a great stay!

Favorite VRBO by far; clean, well-stocked, excellent location. Only downside- garage does not accommodate over sized vehicles (F150).

This condo has a fabulous location which allows perfect walkability to town. Plenty of towels, bedding, pillow options. Could use a deep cleaning. Back patio was particularly dirty, weedy, etc. Didn't even consider sitting outside given the condition. Close proximity to both hot tubs and the pool. Primary bath sink was pretty stopped up - didn't drain well at all. Management company was notified. Kitchen sufficiently equipped.

We loved the proximity to town as it’s easily a quick 3-5 min walk to main street from this location. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed, was well maintained on the inside and it was very nice having garage access overnight– plus the community pool was heated. A couple issues we had during our stay was on the very first evening the refrigerator and freezer temperature start climbing to unsafe levels for food and all our food was ruined in the fridge and items had melted in the freezer. We have a toddler so every morning that meant us having to go to the grocery store for new milk and food. We immediately contacted the maintenance staff, and they brought over a wine fridge the next morning which also ended up not working so during our entire stay we had no working refrigerator or freezer and we had to end up eating out most meals or going to the grocery store before each meal which was not ideal since we rented the place to utilize the kitchen and make meals there. We ended up getting refunded for some food we had to purchase, but it really put a damper on the entire trip since we had to stress about it even though it was a uncontrollable issue. The last point I would mention that has not been brought up in previous reviews is that this unit is on the first floor and the unit next door has the upper floors. Our first night we could hear all the footsteps right above us which was also not ideal for light sleepers.

The only nominal minor glitch was that the key card did not work for the building where we were supposed to leave the garbage upon departure. Other than that really minor thing, we had an absolutely perfect stay!

The rental was very clean. It was in a great location. For the price it was a little ridiculous all the things they asked you to do before checking out. The gas fireplace was lovely.

We loved this property and its location. Well-appointed condo with a cozy fireplace, nicely stocked kitchen and hot tub is just around the corner. Easy access to the gondola to reach Peak 8 or 3 minute drive to closest parking lot for Peak 9. Close to village and all the good stuff!

Nice townhouse in a great location in Breckenridge. There was plenty of space for our party of four adults. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location is excellent, within walking distance of town and the gondola. Property management is very responsive, checked in on us during our stay.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown which was great. The only negative was that because it was close to town the views from the condo were not great. Also there was a lot of construction going on right outside of the development.

Gondola parking was only $10 during our stay, so it was easy just to drive down with the skis, then walk over and get the car in comfy shoes after skiing. The condo is nice. It had all we needed. We did not use the hot tub or pool, but they are available. Also there may be a private shuttle for the lodge/subdivision, but I did not do enough research before going. That would make getting to the mountain slightly easier. Overall we had a great time and the condo was perfect for us.

Clean and nicely decorated. Loved using workout room at Lodge. Management office super helpful with shipping our skis and equipment.

This property is definitely one of the best we have ever stayed at. Spacious floor plan and well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed having all the living spaces on one floor. The townhouse had a garage and our car stayed there since we were in walking distance to all the shops.
