The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... A cozy king bed occupies this unit within the mansion with a private en suite full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a flat screen TV for lazy evenings together. A Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge are provided as added comfort in your home away from home. OUTDOOR LIVING... The perk of off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis. Open the back door from your suite to a peaceful front balcony shared with another guestroom where you can soak up your tranquil surroundings. Steps away from your room is a 2nd floor sundeck with endless lush views and an island breeze that overlook a sparking, shared pool. Cherish your well deserved R & R, then slip into town to visit all the adored tourist attractions. PARKING... It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay. This home is well-maintained, clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. All we needed, plus more! only warning, do not choose to stay in the Captiva room. While the location of this home is perfect (easily walk to waterfronts and Duval), and the balcony seating was nice, a restful nights sleep in the Captiva (front) bedroom is impossible. Being this was our first trip to Key West, I was unfamiliar with the heavy/loud traffic on Truman Ave. Between delivery trucks, motorcycles, surprisingly loud mopeds, revved up cars, garbage trucks, etc., you will be awakened throughout the night (and I'm not a light sleeper). If I had stayed in any other room, I would have been able to give this place a 5 🌟 rating. The owner should update the sleeping arrangements section of this particular room with some type of warning about the steet noise - bring ear plugs at a minimum!

We arrived and everything was easy and as expected! The location is incredibly convenient to get to most of Key West on foot, the first floor had great ambiance - loved that there was a full working kitchen. This is also small but loved that there was always infused ice water when you walked in. We had a few hot days!The room was clean and we loved having access to the top deck in the front of the house. In terms of noise, the only thing we dealt with was Street noise (not terrible, but it is a busier road) and other guests occasionally shutting the front door loudly.The room was cool as well, even during the hotter humid days.The only small suggestion I'd make is the door to the deck doesn't have a handle on the outside, which could become problematic if you accidentally shut the door a little much. We were careful! And may have missed a solution! The innkeepers were very responsive as well.We'd stay again- encourage you check it out!

Our room was the Captiva room and it was very nice with a big king size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower. We didn’t need to drive our car the whole time that we were there as we could easily walk to all of the local attractions. One of my favorite things was being able to make my morning coffee(there was an Keurig coffee maker in the room) and step out on the balcony to sit and enjoy the morning air. Loved staying at Azul.

Azul is a great property, we booked with friends and enjoyed the proximity to Duvall Street as well as other spots. We were utilized the shared kitchen which is such a plus, sat by the pool and also hung out on the porch after our nights out. The space was welcoming and clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Leading up to our stay communication and instructions fro check in were excellent. Our room was very clean and we really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings.
The only negative thing we happened to notice was the pool seemed like the skimmer wasn’t working correctly or hadn’t been cleaned recently because of the grass clippings and dead bugs floating in the water.
Overall a very nice facility though

We enjoyed our stay in the Captiva room. The property is well maintained in a great location for walking to most everything we wanted to do, and if we didn't feel like walking it was a quick Lyft. The concierge service was really helpful, and our check in was quick and easy. The balcony for this room does face the street, which we weren't expecting as you can't tell from the pics, but it was still nice enough. The pool was nice to hit in the afternoon to get some respite from the heat. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice location. I had an Achilles repair recently and have trouble walking very far but managed to see everything around on foot.

Property was as listed. Short walk to Duvall and the beach, and marina. Uber, bike, scooters all available. Fun trip, great place. Tortuga books up fast so plan that before you arrive, sunset sail was amazing.

Absolutely great place to stay in Key West. The accommodations are comfortable and quaint. The historical charm has been maintained while adding modern comforts. You can't beat the location that is easily walkable to Duval, great restaurants, and all the attractions. Close to the action but far enough to be quiet. On-site parking is a big bonus. The innkeepers are easily accessible and have great communication throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!
