Beautiful common space and outdoor lounging areas are very nice. Rooms are small but you should only be sleeping in them. Friendly staff that kept the place nice and clean. About a ~10 min walk to downtown bars or ~2 min walk to the strip club if that’s your thing.

I stayed at Dwell with my husband for a quick getaway after the holidays for some R&R. We could not have been more pleased! Things we really took note of were the cleanliness, responsiveness of the innkeepers, and location. We definitely recommend staying here!!

This was a wonderful place! The place was very clean and overall very quiet. The rooms are smaller, but it was the perfect size to just come and go while spending most of our time out. We were able to walk to duval street but it is a long walk down to the other side of duval which has the bars. This place is closer to the shopping side of duval. The only small inconvenience is parking. The lot only holds 6 cars so then you have to find street parking. We were within a block to Azul so we didn’t have an issue. Overall we had a wonderful time at Azul and will visit again!

Propert was very clean and taken care of daily. Plenty of coffee provided in the kitchen. A few blocks walk to Duvall street. Shower had plenty of hot water also. Will stay here again in the future.

Very happy with our choice, just a few blocks from Duval Street and walkable to all sights. Very quiet, nice room with fridge and Keurig coffee machine with plenty of pods in the room and more in the shared kitchen, also there is access to all other shared rooms like dinning, living room, sitting room etc. Also has parking, pool and ice maker.

We felt the room was very small,no where to go but on the bed. Just not great for 2 people. Shower water pressure was terrible, incredibly low. Window unit air conditioner was poorly maintained,and would not cool the room after the first day. We were awakened the first morning at 5am by the ceiling fan light coming on, we turned it off with the remote and it came back on, we were able to determine our remote and the next rooms remote worked both fans, clearly a maintenance issue. On an a positive, it was a great location, parking was adequate, original home on lower level was excellent. The property Innkeepers we definately helpful in staying in contact with us and giving helpful information.

Liked the location but accommodation's disappointed for what we paid. Appeared bigger on website. Room was very very tight for extended stay. Bed just a queen. Space a big issue. Bathroom can’t fit two people and cheaply done. No room for toiletries and un-packing. Cluster phobic feeling the whole time. No housekeeping to assist with change of towels, bed sheets and none available for yourself. No washer available. Spiral staircase cumbersome, small and hard to use everyday climbing to second floor. Very disappointed and not worth the price we paid.

I had a very relaxing stay at Azule. The room was immaculately clean as was the entire home. Communication with the host was a breeze The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. I loved the fact that the pool was open til 10pm. I would definitely recommend this place.

My room and the entire building was amazingly clean and comfortable. It was a bargain for the price. Just far enough from Duvall St. to be more than just a stroll, but not so far as to be a workout. I left two days early because of the inconsiderate, big mouth idiots that moved in next to me. I didn’t go to management simply because we shouldn’t have to go tattle on other adults. Management doesn’t have a wand to magically transform big mouth idiots into considerate, responsible human beings. I do have a gripe/suggestion on the parking problem. Both days I was there the construction people parked in the only handicap spot. The cleaning lady parked basically in the middle of the parking lot clogging up an already tight fit for cars. The cleaning and construction personnel should not be allowed to park in the parking lot. They should have to “fend for themselves” trying to find a spot on the street not the guests (who in essence are funding the construction and cleaning services). The parking grid is on the back of the parking pass inside the building so people have to park without knowing where to park, go inside and find the parking spot layout, then go back out and try to park correctly. If you could upload this parking layout and include it with the confirmation email guests would be able to park correctly as soon as they pull into the lot. Aside from parking issues great place!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Room was clean and neat gas and staff were friendly. Location was a short walk to Duval Street. The pool was warm and inviting. We have stayed in Key West many times and usually choose bed and breakfast type places (no breakfast here though), and this one was one of the nicer ones that we've ever stayed at. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the character of the place, the pool and the helpfulness of the staff. The window AC for our Cortez unit was quite loud and we had to clean its air filter. It seems many places do not clean their air filters enough. Other than that, it was perfect.

This is a gem and it's in a great location. We were concerned about the self-service check-in, but it was not an issue. We always were able to make contact when needed and we were delighted to meet one of the innkeepers a few times over our three nights there. We definitely would return here!

First of all we both had a wonderful time both at Azul and Key West in general. The physical property was as listed. There was on a few mornings, not always, fruit available for the guest. We ate out every morning. The room had some maintenance issues that we felt should have been addressed before the room was rented out. The dead bolt had to be jiggled just right to work. The door stop was laying on the floor and the bathroom faucet was ready to fall off. You might say that I should have reported this but... should I have to? For the price, no. As far as cleanliness, the only problem was that we found a used k-cup in the Keurig machine! Gross! It makes me wonder what else was not cleaned. The walls are thin as we heard our neighbors.Also the cleaning crew was VERY loud. It was hard to relax at the pool with them talking like we didn't exist. Inside voice please. On the plus, the pool was wonderful and any contact that we had with the personal was wonderful. Overall we had a wonderful time. Location is great. Close to a local bar (Don's) and a nice Nicaraguan restaurant. Try this place, I would recommend this place for future travelers.

Requested early checkin and was supposed to get a text saying it was ready but that didn't happen. Pool was dirty. TV didn't work until i found out it was unplugged. Door lock was needing replacement as it was very difficult to get it to unlock. Also gfic in bathroom blew early in arrival. For the price the room was extremely small. Room was clean and did have coffee pot. Convenient location and good communication with offsite staff.

Our winter getaway was fabulous. We stayed from January 16-21 and had great weather. Our room was cozy and clean. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the deck. The property location was perfect and we were able to use bicycles for getting around - rented nearby.

It was a studio, so that is what it is. Lovely old Victorian. I love the cold water dispenser. Cleaning crew was very helpful. We walk everywhere so I got my steps in. At least five miles a day. We would happily stay again

We enjoyed this property, however the walk to all the action was a little longer than we anticipated. It was a struggle a few nights after lots of drinking. The property is nice. The bedroom is nice. The bathroom and shower could definitely use an updating. The house manager was great and the little touches like fruit water and candy left out for guests was really special. If you want a quiet clean house away from the action and noise, but within a long walking distance, this property is for you.

The Azul property was perfect for us! It was super clean and inviting atmosphere. We absolutely loved our 2nd floor balcony room, the pool and the entire property. Close, but not too close to the action, which made it quiet and secluded. Our only transportation was the bikes we rented and this made is very easy to get around the town. It's just a 4-5 min bike ride to anywhere we wanted to go from Duval St., the marina, Front street or any location on the gulf side. We didn't go to the beach on the south side, but it would've been near the same distance. This was our first experience with an unmanned 24 hr property, but any time we had a question or needed something they were just a phone call away and VERY attentive. My calls were always answered. We ran out of pool towels and didn't realize until 9pm, but someone was right there to tell us where the secret stash was. We are 100% definitely going to look into this property for our next visit!
