Muy silencioso, ideal para descansar, tiene todas las comodidades,
Deben Suministrar un poco mas de productos para el aseo de la ropa y lava vajillas, tener en cuenta los dias que se arrienda con la cantidad que suministran.

La ubicación es perfecta, el barrio es muy bueno y está bastante cerca del centro. Hay dos paradas de metro muy cerca del apartamento. Muy accesible

It’s very well located in a pedestrian street right by the Olavide square. Close to everything and at the same time quiet and peaceful. The apartment was just like the photos, clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

the location itself, near Plaza Olavide gives you easy access (walking distance) to great restaurants and terraces. Metro stations are also close.
the apartment has 2 bathrooms, both lacking a proper ventilation system. In one bathroom the ventilation was working (was rotating) but was not able to properly evacuate the air, so sort of useless.
In the other bathroom, it was not working at all. After a shower you would have to leave the bathroom door open, then open the window in the living room so that the extra humidity can get out. Using the toilet was not an option.
I informed the property owners in day 0 (a Friday), they said they will send someone to check it. That person arrived 2 days later (Sunday), observed that ventilator is broken and it should be replaced. And then nothing happened till I left (on Thursday)
