The grand living room has a cozy sitting area, a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen television with cable channels for entertainment. You can have a fully equipped kitchen with all the upgraded appliances and a long breakfast bar. A dining table just next to the kitchen for a big family meal or a game night. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, coffee maker and appropriate cleaning supplies. The master bedroom has one king-sized bed. The guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and twin beds are provided for kids. Every bedroom has plenty of blankets and clean linen. The master bedroom has a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and its bathroom has a private bathtub. Bedrooms also have some sitting areas to relax and chill. Every bathroom in the property has complimentary toiletries. Free WIFI connection to watch your favorite shows or movies. A pool table to challenge your friends for a match.The best part is, a hot tub is provided so that you can relax there after a long day from the outdoor adventure. There is a wide space for parking your vehicles. You can park your four vehicles easily. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
