The beds were infested with ladybugs, there was a problem with plumbing, i was contacted about the plumbing but didnt get the email until a day after we were there bc the wifi didnt work nor the hot tub, the first room on the right didnt have a king bed and the person that i contacted argued it was, the gas went out so the house didnt stay to warm, i was told the wifi would get reset and the hot tub looked at, nothing ever got done about it, only thing i can really say was at least she was nice about responding

Overall a good property. If you’re looking for luxury this place isn’t for you. Property could use a deep clean. My group wasn’t picky so we had a great time. Property manager was easy to contact and super helpful. I would stay here again.

The accommodations were nice but need some TLC. We experienced some plumbing problems with 2 of the rest rooms that required 2 visits from a plumber to get them resolved. The hot tub, even after a service call, never reached the proper temperature for use. The property manager was helpful and did what she could. While some of the furniture was fine, some of it needs to be replaced. The house can accommodate 18 plus but does not have enough seating in the common area for that many people. Personally, I also feel some redecoration would make a world of difference. A deep cleaning would help, at least one of the showers had black mold in the grout. The location is great. We just felt it needed some work.

The cabin was nice n clean upon arrival.. I was also able to check in 3 hours early.. but this thing I hated the most was the squeaking of the mattresses on the beds.. every toss n turn you are woke up by the squeaking made it hard to get a good nice rest... please upgrade mattresses in a hurry!!! Other than that it was nice...

I'm so glad we found a better alternative for our group who comes every winter. We had plenty of room/beds, good facilities, working utilities, and some amenities you won't get from staying in a hotel. But there are some issues that seem to be recurring that would benefit from some oversight.
I read reviews noting the problem with the basement tub drainage - it has still not been fixed. Though when contacted, a maintenance person was sent to make the problem less problematic. It still needs a permanent fix.
I read reviews noting some lack of cleanliness. Overall, the property looks well kept and surface cleaning is well taken care of. But upon opening pull-out beds, there are dirty linens. On one such bed, there were multiple layers of dirty sheets applied. As the person using that bed said, "each layer covering past mistakes." And when taking bedding off at the end of our stay, several beds revealed dirt, leaves, snacks underneath.
Yes, there are some issues of wear and tear. But cleaning crews should be in contact with maintenance to cover easily fixable things. We encountered several light bulbs burned out, one strobing, and one was missing. There was a sink fixture that had come loose from the mount. And the access code wouldn't work well because batteries kept coming lose inside the box. Some of these things were fixed while we were there and others left to do during unoccupied time or left for the next group/family.
Our contact person seemed very interested in fixing problems for us. I'm just not sure how interested other staff are to carry out those fixes.

The cabin was lovely, many room and many bathrooms. The first problem we had encounter is the door wasn’t opening with the key code, after good 10 minutes we realized a back door was open, which the host was surprised, and we all went in, after the next day the downstairs bedroom toilet clogged and it clogged so bad, the dirt started to come out from the sewer, that was right in front of the hot tub, so we were in a very weird situation, coz all our kids are going there to play, and they wanted to be in the hot tub but that wasn’t possible. So we let the host know and left the next morning. Other than that it was a nice trip. You just don’t expect to see poop out from the toilet! Lol!

Great place good location … everything is as pictured … no problems with anything ac and heat worked great my family and myself enjoyed our stay… not far from anything considering everything is about 20 min away but peaceful stay

The home is nice but not clean at all. Floors were horrible, everyone’s feet were black!! Couldn’t take out shoes off or socks went I’m trash. Not enough trash cans for trash outside for a lot of people. Grill never worked properly. Cooking essentials need to be updated,(not enough pots and pans, need to throw away the ones they have) Towels had hair all over them, no mattress cover on some beds. Refrigerator didn’t cool good and water was leaking on floor. Internet service was horrible..
For the price I expected better. Get a better house cleaner or hire several to help, this house is to nice to have this many problems.

The description and photos make it seem like a dream. It is NOT!! plumbing issues, we could not get any service( which is obvious) but the wifi didn’t work either we couldn’t reach out to anyone. We had to leave property to make a call or etc. the cabin was filthy dirty!!! This place has probably never been cleaned. The floors were BLACK. My kids socks that were originally white are pitch black now. It’s disgusting!!! There’s roaches EVERYWHERE. The fridge is missing drawers!!! It was just the worst experience ever. Save yourself the booking. [email protected] if you need pics for proof. Save your money. It was not worst the 9k we paid.

This was hands down the worst home I've ever stayed in. This place had roaches, saying the home was dirty would be an understatement! Showers were dirty and drained clogged. Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid this home. I'm going to do a youtube review of this home with all the photos and taken videos that we have. The owners had the audacity to not even offer a night refund after receiving all of the photos etc.

The cabin was nice, plenty of bed and bathrooms. However, there were a lot of little things that need some attention and a couple of big ones. The big ones are the air conditioning unit for the top floor didn't work well even after maintenance was called, the other was the oven didn't work well - it needs to be fixed. The little things were lack of towels in most bathrooms (ex. 3 bath towels, one wash rag, no hand towels), no hand soap in most bathrooms (although all had shampoo and conditioner), the grill ran out of gas after one use, the floors on the main floor were dirty, lamps and side tables in the bedrooms were overdone in some (one bedroom had 4 lamps and something to put them on) and some were left without (one room had a king bed and a twin bed, there was a side table with a lamp for the twin bed but nothing for the king bed), the freezer was leaking water on the floor, the games (pool, air hockey and foosball) were not level and the air hockey table didn't have the right parts. As you can see any single one of the little things probably wouldn't have been noticed but the number of little things really stood out.

Fun family get together cabin
Accomadations we’re good. Didn’t feel that it could sleep 28 comfortably. 20 is more realistic number. It did have all dishes, utensils, pot and pans you need.locations was easy to get to and the pool was directly across the street.

Beautiful cabin but not clean
The cabin itself was beautiful and it was in a great location. There were dead bugs all over one of the rooms and a dead bug in the king room jacuzzi upon arrival. Also, the cable and internet did not work and was not fixed until late the first night.
The host, Katherine, was great!! She immediately sent a technician out and reached out to the owner. She was sympathetic, understanding, and helpful!

We have rented this property multiple times over the years, for our annual family reunion. Lots of sleeping space, and a fun wraparound porch make it a great property for us!

The house was dirty, crumbs and food around the kitchen baseboard and stove area. Floor looked and felt grimy.
Master suite the cleaning crew left a dirty sock on the floor. Two showers had mold snd mildew in them. The fridge and freezer was missing shelves and drawers. One kitchen towel. Which they did bring when requested.
Grill and ac broke which were both taken care of promptly. Pool was fantastic. House needs updating and a bee cleaning crew. Fantastic vacation with family, but we were quite disappointed with the condition of the cabin.

In this hot season , we had power outage in two rooms that restored after 12 hrs. There were no gas in the grill since we rented the house. I tried to call the manager, never picked phone, left the message in phone and e-mailed, and never get a call back. All rooms and bathrooms were filthy and faucets were leaking. In some bathrooms, water flow was too slow. Floors looks so dirty and looks like never wiped. overall poor cleaning, not worth to pay the asked rent.

The house was very dirty. Kitchen floor looked and felt dirty. Food and crumbs along the base of the stove. Oven was disgusting. 2 showers had visible mold. The fridge was missing all the drawer bins and door shelving except 3 inside shelves and 1 door shelf. Very few towels and only 1 dish towel.( we were able to get more). Ac, and grill were broke the first day. Those were both taken care of right away. This cabin needs some updating.
Not what we were expecting. It wasn’t all bad we did enjoy the pool and all in all enjoyed being with family.

Pool right across the street is convenient but could be a con if you want more privacy. Other cabins and houses located in sight but overall very good place. I would stay here again if needed.
