Guests will love the home’s crisp, clean interior and the convenience of walking or biking to restaurants and shopping. Guests are welcomed to the first floor by an open living, dining, and kitchen space. Shiplap walls, wide-plank wood floors, and slipcovered sofas and chairs create an easy, breezy feel that isn’t afraid of those inevitable sandy feet and damp swimsuits. Guests will enjoy unwinding by the gas fireplace after a busy day, and thanks to the design of this space, guests can prepare dinner, eat at the dining table, snack at the kitchen island, or cozy up on a sofa and still watch TV and chat with family and friends. A primary bedroom with a king bed is behind the kitchen. The room has private access to the home’s back porch and a private bathroom with a soaking tub, beautiful marble tiles, and a separate shower. Guests will enjoy swaying away their stresses on a porch bed swing and birdsong from the wooded backyard. On the second floor, guests may choose between 4 bedrooms. 2 guest bedrooms have king beds with private bathrooms featuring shower/tub combos. My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach and this community is perfect! I docked a point for cleanliness because when we arrived, the couch pillows were disarray and some beds looked unmade. We called the property management and they sent someone over within a few hours. The check in process was quick and easy and getting set up with guest services was quick and easy as well. The staff at the beach and the pool don’t joke around with their rules through, wristbands must be worn at all times and if you aren’t following rules, they’ll be sure to remind you. This home was super close to Alys Beach area and we loved the proximity of the property between Alys and Rosemary. Overall the beds were comfortable and the home was clean and fresh. I would highly recommend this home and would for sure return again.

The property was nice. However it was not as clean as it should have been for the cleaning cost we paid. There were a few roaches and spiders during the week. Check in at 4:00 was okay but mandatory check out when coordinating with flights is unreasonable. We had to pile all our luggage on the porch when the cleaning crew got there. The cleaning crew was a husband, wife and 2 kids. Can see why the house was not as clean as should have been. The phone system was inoperable to contact the manager and the hours were short. The tires on the bike are not easy to ride and be comfortable.

The management company for this house was great. Great communication and ease of check in and check out. Beautiful house with plenty of seating in the living room-this was key for our big group, especially when it rained.

Our family stayed here during Spring Break. Great location for teenagers. Conveniently located and everyone had a wonderful time. Had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved promptly. Would recommend this rental.
