Blissful Breeze is a bright and beautiful 3-story home with 4 bedrooms, decorated with loving care for up to 14 guests! Adults can enjoy a separate master suite on each floor (3 total), and let the kids enjoy the bunk room on the 2nd floor. And it's pet friendly too! Blissful Breeze is located in a quiet neighborhood with amazingly easy access to both the beach and the 12,000 square foot pool! Enjoy a quick walk to the beach (5 minutes), or guests can take the trolley, which has a stop just steps from the front door and runs from March - October. The main floor of the home features an open floor plan, with a comfortable living area with a 70" Smart TV where everyone can relax together, as well as a dining table for 8 people, and a breakfast bar at the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped for the chef in your group. A laundry room and access to a gas grill are also located on the main floor. The 1st floor also features a king bedroom suite. This bedroom is a great option for anyone in the group not comfortable with going up and down stairs to the higher floors. On the 2nd floor there is another king bedroom suite plus the bunkroom. The top, 3rd floor features yet another large king suite. Additionally, there is a wet bar with a fridge and a separate larger balcony and has plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying afternoon drinks! Walk to the beach, making use of beach chairs provided with the house (6 backpack beach chairs). Or hit up the sparkling 12,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool which is just a couple minutes' walk away. With room for 14 and an amazing location, Blissful Breeze is the perfect home in Seacrest Beach. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, patio access. Private access to shared bathroom with shower. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed + twin day bed with trundle, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower and jetted tub. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: 1 set of twin-over-twin bunks + 3 twins and twin trundle, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with shower. 3rd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, 55" TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower, tub. Beach Access: Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM. Distance: .3 miles | Time: 6 minutes walking Seacrest Beach II The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blissful Breeze was the perfect spot for my cousin's bachelorette weekend! There was plenty of room for our group of 10 with more to spare. The house was clean, stocked with enough bath towels and came with a starting pack of garbage bags, tp, paper towel, soaps and detergents which was clearly communicated ahead of time so we made sure to bring extras. We really enjoyed the rooftop area for morning coffee and sunsets. While the back patio wasn't completely private, it was a great spot to "people watch" since the house backs up to a sidewalk/road (not loud at all). The house is perfectly located. It's barely a 5-minute walk to the beach and just a short walk into town which we did each day! We were pleasantly surprised to find a shed next to the house too that stored enough beach chairs for all of us and a few umbrellas, so we didn't have to rent any gear which was a relief. Overall, I'd recommend this space to anyone traveling to the Rosemary Beach area. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Location was perfect, but there were a few safety issues and the house was very clean but the furniture was very worn. Smoke detector had been removed from the first floor bedroom and there was no dryer vent connected to the dryer. The house also had a very strong musty smell. We were given the wrong door code to use at check in but the management company was quick to fix the issue. Overall a great stay, just the few minor issues. I’d stay here again assuming the safety issues are resolved.

It was everything we wanted and was as pictured on the websites. Great location. Great stock of needed items in the kitchen area; washer & dryer worked great; beds were very good; tv's were good; living room furniture was very comfy; great dining room table; great linens in bathrooms; maybe could have used a few more smaller cups in kitchen to drink from rather than so many wine glasses; Overall all = A+

We booked this home for a last minute family vacation, after much debate and reviews of other locations within the Rosemary Beach area. We decided on the Seacrest area as it is walking distance to the Rosemary, Inlet and Aly’s areas shopping and dining experiences. The home is the perfect location from the pool and the beach. Literally across the street from the beach entrance and the pool is about 20 steps away. When we arrived, the home was ready and prepped as it was stated in all the communications. Check in and check out we’re a breeze and the property management were very accommodating during our stay. This was our first time coming down to Rosemary during Fall. We recommend Fall over Spring any day! The weather was amazing. The beach was quiet (not as private as Carillon); however, coming off-season helped. The pool was quiet. No wait for restaurants. As far as the home amenities- it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation for a family of four and black lab. We’re pretty spoiled when we stay places, so we prefer really nice, top of the line. This place wasn’t the Ritz, but it was a decent 5 bedroom that accommodated 2 teens where everyone had a comfy king bed and own bathroom/shower. Water pressure and washer/dryer worked great. The living room furniture could be replaced or deep cleaned, as there were stains on the furniture and carpets. However, we did not spend a lot of time on the couch. We all loved having our own balconies. Overall, the place did not disappoint as far as location, comfort and amenities. We did not realize how beautiful Rosemary is during the Fall season. Our family has found our happy place and Blissful Breeze helped us get there. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and family memories!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and is located in a great neighborhood with access to all the shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach. Having a master bedroom on each of the three levels was perfect for 3 households staying together in the same house. We loved being walking distance to peddlers pavilion and downtown rosemary. Pool area is fantastic and beach is a super short walk away. They do have a shuttle but we never felt the need to use it since Beach is pretty much across the street. Our only gripe was how small the public beach area is. Most of the beach in this area is privatized and if you don’t want to pay exorbitant fees to reserve chairs and umbrellas then you need to get to beach quite early to get a good spot near the water. Can’t imagine what the beach looks like during busy season. Otherwise, great trip.

The house was perfect for our family of 8! It was well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, cups and plates! We appreciated the beach chairs and toys in the shed! The house is right off 30A, so easy to walk to restaurants and Sunday farmers market! Property manager was very responsive to any concerns or needs we had! We would stay here again!

Very clean, well stocked. Excellent communication with property manager. House is very close to the pool, east walking distance to beach, though there is a tram stop right outside if you’d rather that. It’s also located at the end of the fil-de-sac, so there was minimal street traffic.

With downtown Rosemary Beach a few blocks one way and Alys Beach a few blocks the other, this location is a dream for taking in the area. Property was just as listed, clean, and great for a family or large group. The pool in the complex is amazing. Would stay again in a heart beat.

74 Blue Dolphin Loop is a great house for large families or groups. The property is a short walk to all the resort àmentities and the shuttle takes you to the beach if you don't want to walk. This property is located in a community within a community and everything is highly accessible, via a short walk or bike ride. Motorized carts not recommended.

Beautiful home, pictures are very accurate. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. Bedrooms are large and comfortable.The home does back up to 30A, which at times the road noise was bothersome.
