Nestled in Rosemary Beach, this lovely house for $647 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! Welcome to "Palms and Pines!" This beautiful large family friendly beach home is situated in the heart of beautiful Seacrest Beach North! Only minutes from the resort style community pool, walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Seacrest Beach North Town Center and just several hundred yards from the Gulf of Mexico on the North side of 30A. The community of Seacrest sits just between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. As you walk up to the home the first thing to catch your eye will be the large wrap around front porch with seating to enjoy the gorgeous weather! Walking in the front door, you are greeted by an open concept kitchen/family room with plenty of seating for everyone in the group to enjoy! There are 10 seats at the large kitchen table, 4 additional stools at the kitchen counter, the family room has seating galore, and a queen sized sleeper sofa should you need an extra sleeping arrangement! Also located on the first floor are 2 guest bedrooms one queen and one king, both with access to yet another porch off the back of the home which is completely screened in! The bedrooms on the first floor are accompanied by a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a 1/2 bathroom for your convenience. These first floor bedrooms/baths, are perfect for the members in your party who don't love using the stairs! As you make your way up to the second level of the home, you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first room you will see is the bunk room, boasting space to sleep up to 6 kids! There are 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds in this room, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level you will find the expansive Master Suite! This lovely large Master Suite comes complete with a King bed, a large jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and, as if that wasn't enough...there is also access to a small private balcony! You will also find the home's laundry room on this level. On the 3rd floor of the home you will find a 2nd living area! Complete with a wet bar, mini fridge, a twin daybed with a trundle and a flat screen TV! You will also find yet another outdoor living area on this level...a large covered patio with table and chairs, as well as a few loungers for soaking up those rays!! This house was really wonderful for our family vacation. Very well equipped and so very clean. It had all that we needed and is a great location! Close to the things to do and yet far enough for a little privacy. Definitely recommend this property!

We loved Palms and Pines
This house was amazing, even better in person! We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers and it felt spacious and all accommodations were very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the top floor covered patio, which was great for hanging out, we watched a thunderstorm from there too! The management company was very responsive with any questions we had. The location is close enough to the beach that walking was not a problem, even though there are trams to take you. If you rent bicycles you can explore the neighborhood and nearby Rosemary and Alys beach. I would recommend reserving beach chair service very early if possible. We loved this house and would definitely rent again!

We had a great time, this house was perfect for two families with kids plus a set of grandparents. The tram was convenient but we also sometimes walked to the beach. The pool is close by. Easy bike riding to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Clean and convenient!

Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to Starbucks… the pool was amazing!!!!! I think that was less than 5 minutes as well. Very low traffic road so it was always quite when we were on the porches. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. Also for newborn mamas, the master closet fits a pack n play perfectly with a door closed so that was our baby’s room.

We will not return during spring break!
Although the house was perfect for our stay, the craziness of spring break out a damper on it. Under no fault of the rental owner we were in between two house of unsupervised teenagers who were partying all night in our yard and leaving trash and bikes everywhere. During our stay we had a teenager break into the house and passed out on our couch with blood all over his legs. He got blood on the white couch and the outdoor furniture pads. The situation was taken care of by the local sheriffs office and the rental company of the houses next to us. The rental company for this home did not return my calls and when I finally got ahold of someone (3 days later), they had no idea of what had happened and informed me that I would now have a great vacation story to tell. I would never rent from this company again, they didn’t have any concern about the situation. We had 3 young girls in the house with us and things could have turned out much worse. The owner did cooperate immediately with the sheriffs department.

Wonderful Home and Location
We had 8 adults and 6 children all under the age of 6 and this home was perfect. We could walk or take the tram to the beach, a very short walk to the amazing pool, a very short walk or tram ride to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. This was our first trip to Seacrest beach and this home couldn't have been more perfect. It slept all of us nicely, had plenty of balcony space and seating, the kitchen was very well stocked, everything worked perfectly. The property manager was extremely nice and texted us earlier than our check-in time and allowed us an early check-in due to the home being ready. We will definitely be back!

The best spot in Florida
Our family has been coming to the Rosemary Beach/Inlet Beach area for just a couple of years now, but we feel that this the ideal location to vacation with family and friends. The neighborhood where this property is located is perfection. The house is set up to accomodate a nice sized family with spacious rooms and several outdoor areas to spend your days/evenings. The tram is conveniently located and will take you to the beach quickly, however it did not run many times that we wanted to use it due to unpredictable weather. We wished it hadn't shut down for the day. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for your stay, however the oven and grill desperately needed to be cleaned. The property management company was very communicative with our concerns, but we chose to spend our time enjoying our trip. We would consider renting this property again, but would address any cleanliness issues immediately rather then abstain.

This home is a fabulous vacation spot for multiple families or a large family. The photo’s online are spot on, several upgrades including new patio furniture were a nice surprise. We were thrilled to find that the home is exceptionally clean. The management company was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions.
We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, light filled rooms, decorative but comfortable furnishings, and multiple porches! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids loved the bonus room upstairs. Everyone had a fun time playing the board and card games that the owners supplied and the large kitchen table is perfect for game nights.
Each bedroom is very well appointed, the Master bedroom on the 2nd floor and the guest room on the 1st floor both offer king size beds. Our kids loved the colorful bunk room with an attached bath and the laundry room next to it makes clean up easy. The 3rd floor porch and wrap around porch were wonderful, we used the grill off of the kitchen daily. The cute tables, chairs and hammock were a bonus! We even learned something new about constellation viewing while enjoying the 3rd floor porch.
The location is very convenient with easy access to the tram and community pool. Being close to the nature trail for bike rides was nice. Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seacrest restaurants were all within walking distance, not having to drive anywhere was a definite bonus.
The owners welcome binder was thoughtfully compiled with information about the home, the area, including maps and menus. It was very helpful to have tv channel guides so we could quickly pull up the channels we wanted. Everyone signed the house beach bucket, such a fun house tradition.
We highly recommend this home, so nice to show up and have everything in working order, clean and ready for us. Can’t wait to come back.
