A beautiful alpine setting awaits at this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home in East Vail, conveniently and scenically located less than four miles from Vail Village. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the waterfalls of East Vail, as well as a new private hot tub outside on the deck to soothe your tired muscles after a day of skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. Make yourself at home in 1,800 square feet of living space, complete with a large kitchen, a gas fireplace in the light-filled living room, and bedroom mattresses that were recently replaced in January 2018. Leave your vehicle in the single-car garage or the two-car driveway and hop on board the free ski bus, which runs every 15 minutes into Vail in winter and stops right outside the complex. This home will truly seem like your own home when you come to stay. Things to know: High-speed WiFi Full kitchen * Please note that this home does not include central AC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very close to bus stop and about 15 minutes to Vail Transportation Center. Six friends stayed for skiing and we all had a bed although loft with 2 twins is tight plus steep ladder, but manageable. 4 bathrooms was really nice and so was hot tub! A little beat up here and there, eg carpet stained badly in one bedroom, but it was well cleaned and ultimately we liked it very much for our ski trip.

The location is wedged between Interstate 70 and a semi-busy neighborhood road. Very noisy. Lower bedroom is noisy because it is located under the jacuzzi, which self-cleans regularly and it makes the room very noisy to sleep during the cleaning cycle. The loft is too high up and a bit unsafe to climb.
Many blinds have mechanical issues. Jacuzzi is very nice and was the highlight of the stay.

Great location, less than a minute walk to the bus stop and very easy to get to from I-70. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. The living room and kitchen are perfect for 6 to 8 people to sit around and talk. We really enjoyed our time at the house. The ability to park in the garage is a great benefit for unloading and loading the car, especially when it is snowing!
The hot tub takes about 24 hours to warm up, turn it on when you get there if you are going to use it.
The dishwasher is dated, we wound up hand washing everything after the first two attempts with the dishwasher failed to clean the dishes.
The washer and dryer are equally ineffective - the washer does not spin the water out of clothes sufficiently and they have to be wrung out before putting them in the dryer. It took 2 hours on the highest setting to dry a load of base layer clothing (3 shirt and 3 pants)
The light in the master closet works sometimes and the toilet seat in the master is not attached.
There is no information in the home about what to do with garbage, we did find the dumpster around back to put it in but it is not marked and not obvious.
The tubs do not drain well but there is plenty of hot water!
One of the windows in the basement bedroom does not close using the crank, we had to go outside and push it closed.

Great Location in need of some attention
Great location, less than a minute walk to the bus stop and very easy to get to from I-70. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. This property comfortably sleeps 8 adults, has a hot tub, and is a 30 second walk to the ski shuttle stop. What more could you need?? The Vacasa property mana fees were very responsive and helpful prior to check in. My only note is that the kitchen is not super well stocked. Definitely adequate for the ski trip staples of tacos, spaghetti, and pancakes, but I wouldn’t plan to cook any former meals here. 10/10 recommend this property if you are looking for a GREAT deal in Vail.

Great location
Great location for skiing! Shuttle access was very easy and a quick trip to the Vail ski resort. Larger space than the photos depict so that was a nice surprise! Perfect for a large family. The garage had lots of storage for skis and equipment and the kitchen had everything you need! Recommend staying here!

We had a great time at this location. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The upstairs loft is difficult to get suitcases up to and the downstairs room is a little small so if you have a lot of suitcases, it can be a tight squeeze. The downstairs deck door would not open so we were only able to take advantage of the other two decks. My only complaint was there was BARELY enough towels for all of us to use to shower so there were not enough for the hot tub. There was also no laundry detergent to do a load so I would recommend bringing your own detergent if you plan to have the maximum amount of people there.

We had a great time at this property. It is right next to Pitkin Creek bus stop to the mountain (10 minute ride). Property was well-equipped and we were very comfortable there. It felt like home! Our only issue that arose was with the hot tub which shorted out a couple times. Gore Creek was great and someone came out within the hour to fix it. Once we discovered where the breaker was for the hot tub we were able to fix it ourselves. Only other issue is water pressure could have been better. Otherwise a great stay!

This place is in a great location...about 150 yards from the bus stop. It is conveniently located to Vail shopping, grocery stores, etc. Overall, all 7 of us enjoyed the property. We had some hiccups with some property issues, but they were resolved quickly. Out complaints were minor. There were really no sharp knives for food prep, nor large food prep bowls. With a group of 7, who normally prepares all of our food, it was doable but could have been better. There was plenty of space for all of us. Beware of the ladder getting into the loft which had two twin beds. It is probably not the best for younger children and can be a little tricky for adults who need to get up in the middle of the night. The garage was nice, as was the hot tub. The grill was a charcoal grill, but was functional.
