Situated in Vail, this attractive house for $986 per night is a great option for your next break. Vail Row House is located just steps to Bridge Street, Gondola One and Vail Village. Directly across the street from Buzzs Ski Shop. This is the best location you can have in the Village. You wont want to stay any where else in Vail after having stayed here! This town home backs up onto Gore Creek. One assigned parking spot in front of the unit. Recently completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and there is a large wood burning fireplace and a gas grill on the front deck. Bedding is king and two twins; queen bed; two twins. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $195 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning. Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them. Property Benefits: Professionally- Managed in Vail Guest Check-In and Concierge Service Cleaning Fee Waived On Stays Of 6 Nights Or More Parking for One Vehicle. Extended ski vacation
Location can't be topped if you are looking to stay right in the village with walking access to gondola. Space is compact but very efficient. Minute walk from many restaurants but also has a well stocked kitchen for cooking in.

Spring Break
We were pleased with our stay at this property. The location was perfect in Vail Village with convenient access to Gondola 1 and restaurants. I will say the stairs in the condo leading to the lower level bedrooms are steep and the mattress in the master bedroom needs updating. Other than that, the condo met our accommodation needs very well for our brief 4 night stay.

Great stay in Vail!
Seven of us stayed at Row House 3, four adults and three kids. It has a great location. Steps to all of the restaurants, shops, and Gondola One.
Condo was clean and ready for us to check in. Process was easy. Lee and the rest of the Vail Realty gang were very helpful.
No issues with any of the rooms. Heating and fireplace worked well. Also easy walk to Vail Transportation Center to catch the bus to Lionshead.

Cozy Mountain Chalet
Real 3 BR with a master that has a sleeping nook for two little ones. Our 8 and 10 year old loved them!
This property really has everything you need - full kitchen, eating nook, washer dryer, multiple baths, etc - and the location is truly outstanding.
Lee and his team at Vail were exceptional as well. Really made the trip stress free.
Only knit I’d give are the stairs to the lower level. They are a little steep. Otherwise, the property was perfect for what we needed.
Would stay here again without question.

Great location, a couple of maintenance issues (ie. blinds need repair), trouble with main tv remote. The jacuzzi would not turn on but this was not a problem as we did not use. Management of property was excellent--Great communications.

The condo was great.
The condo was about 50 yards from shopping and a short walk to Gondola One. It is a little further walk to ski school but not too far. The only downside was the condo was a little warm. We never ran the heat and kept a door cracker to cool it off though. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location with charm
Vail is my favorite place to ski. Usually stay 5-10 minutes away but this was the first time to bring all the kids so figured it would be convenient to stay in the village. Location was absolutely amazing. Walking distance to lifts, restaurants, shops, and shuttle. If you have young kids you may consider that it still a little hike to Golden Peak which is best for little skiers. Quality of the place is well documented in the pictures. It’s not the newest or nicest but don’t confuse that with not being nice as it is definitely nice and adequate for a family of 6. At times it felt small if we didn’t get out for an extended period of time. There is a very steep staircase to consider if you have very little ones. We had a hard time keeping the living area cool which was a little disappointing since there’s an awesome wood burning fireplace which is well stocked with wood. A little disappointed that it was only equipped for a few days of trash bags and toilet paper when we stayed a week. Not trying to sound uppity but when I’m paying that much and getting away for a week long vacation don’t exactly want to have to worry about additional things like that. Convenient that the rental office is a walk right around the corner. All things considered I would definitely stay here again. Fair value and like I mentioned plenty of charm and character in this place but you are definitely paying for the location.

PERFECT LOCATION, CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED AND GREAT MANAGEMENT
This is my 2nd time staying in this unit during the winter. It is very close to Gondola One, restaurants, bars, etc. The management is top notch, the unit is clean, stocked with towels and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this unit to anyone, anytime of the year.

Charming home in the best Vail Village location!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home that truly is in the "Heart of Vail Village"! Step outside the front door and you are on the main village path, just a 100 yards or so from Pepi's....but far enough away that you don't have people walking (or driving) by very often. We couldn't have loved the location more! The back patios face the creek, which is so peaceful and soothing. The home itself is very comfortable and rich with French country charm (and a modern kitchen!). We found this to be the perfect spot to enjoy our Vail experience and look forward to staying here again!

While the condo was like home the steps going down to the 2 bedrooms were very steep . There was a whirlpool in the master that disappointing did not work. The unit is also not air conditioned..The location could not have been more perfect and the kitchen was well equipped. The furnishings were tasteful and clean.

Vail Perfection 2.0 Heart of Vail Village, Gondola One, Ice Skating, Food and more fun!
Our second time staying here, we just can't say enough about the accommodations. The property management and the whole experience is and was on point The townhome is beautifully finished and outfitted. The space feels like home rather than a rental. It may appear small, however its very large and allows your group to spread out and find some peace when needed. Just remember the steep stairs downstairs to the 2 additional bedrooms. If you have older members of your party, the stairs are intense, so plan for them to stay in the upstairs master-problem solved! The bathrooms are very clean and the kitchen is outfitted well to prepare meals. I always try to bring disposable plates and cooking pans etc. to keep things simple and get out to ski as soon as possible. The fact that you can pop in to "Local Joe's" around the corner for coffee, then stroll into "Gorsuch" directly next store, I mean come on, it doesn't get better...but it does! The most wonderful thing, as skier's, is "Buzz's Boards", directly across from the townhouse. Buzz can suit you up for the slopes to perfection! His staff is beyond amazing and adds to the perfect Vail experience. The house is serviced by housekeepers to keep towels and linens stocked. And if anything is even needed, Vail Realty is right around the corner to assist. Book it, you will have the best time ever!

Almost afraid to share how perfect this is...........
From the second we came across this property we had a feeling, this is THE one. From the absolutely perfect communications with Vail Realty, arrival process, help when we lost our key to the absolute perfect town home. I really can't say enough. Directly to your right you are in the heart of the Vail action and THE most amazing shopping. Steps away from "Buzz's Board's" who will handle all your ski/boarding needs and then....just a quick little hop to Gondola One. The town home was perfectly set with everything we could need for our week long stay, super clean and very comfortable for our family pf 4. Note, the Master is on the main floor and the two additional bedrooms are down pretty steep stairs, so please make note of that. The home was ready for us to wash and dry our fun filled ski duds and the kitchen was fully equipped to whip up some yummy apres ski snacks. We can't wait to go back.
