A Great Beach house just steps to the beach. This custom 3 story, 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath home sits directly across the street from the beach with beach access just 100 feet from the front door. Sleeps up to 14 in total comfort. Private Pool that can be heated with an additional fee. Amazing views of the beach, sand, and sunsets. First Floor: Spacious king bedroom, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, access to the pool and full bath. Second Floor: 2 King masters with private balconies, bunk area with 2 twin beds Third Floor: Kitchen, dining, living room, and King bedroom with a private balcony. Living room opens onto the balcony with stunning beach views, perfect for sunsets. Enjoy all the new upgrades with new paint, cabinets, granite countertops, and flooring. Fantastic home with new to market discount rates. Rules: No College or Party Groups. Must be 25 or older and the primary renter must stay on sight the duration of the stay. No Smoking, No Pets. This is a No Grouch House! If you are grouchy, irritable, or just plain mean, Do not rent this home. This home is only for guests that want to come relax, have fun, and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach and make memories that will last a lifetime!

We had an excellent stay at Aloha Beaches. The location of the house is right across the street from the beach with the beach access almost directly across. The beach was not too crowded in this location which was great. The house was clean and owner was friendly when we had questions. The only thing we wished could have been changed was the temperature on the hot tub as it was not as warm as we would have liked.

If you have a big family this is the place to be ! Lots of room so you are not crowded. We enjoyed the view from the balconies as well. The sitting area on the top floor provided a gathering place for everyone to hang out in the evenings to fellowship and play games.

Wonderful property that sleeps 2-3 families well, with excellent access to an awesome beach (Not crowded!)only 20-30 yards from front door. Great parking, everything newer and nice pool and spa. Great place!

We decided to get away for Christmas with our adult children and two grandchildren and be in a warmer climate than our northern Minnesota region and the accommodations were perfect for our one week stay. The location on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the action of Panama City and great views and sounds of the ocean made for the ideal spot. Sunsets over the water, a very short walk (about 1 minute) to the sand beach, balconies overlooking both the ocean and the pool area and only two minutes to fine dining and pier park. The layout worked out great for us as the bedrooms with their own baths on all three levels gave us some privacy when we needed it. The kitchen and living area on the third level, where we spent most of our indoor time, gave us great views from the large windows and spacious balcony. The property was very clean, had comfortable beds and furnishings, newer appliances and the hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after our busy days. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for plenty of space, a great location and ease and distance to the ocean. Loved our vacation!

Wonderful vacation!
We decided last minute that we were able to plan a vacation for spring break. With my brother’s family and ours, we were 12 people. In searching, we discovered there was only 1% availability in the PCB area for our days needed. I talked to Mitch with Warren Beach Rentals and he was able to accommodate us. He went above and beyond during this busy time.
The house was very nice and exactly as described. Directly across the street from beach access. On our last full day, the home was hit by bad weather and significant damage was done. We were contacted immediately and moved to a new location for the remainder of our stay. We were sure we would just have to head home, but again, WBR accommodated us.
Any questions were answered promptly by way of texts. Check in and out was so convenient with the codes. We will definitely plan to stay in this home again and definitely use Warren Beach Rentals.

Great spring break home!
We stayed here with 3 couples and 5 kids ages 4-10. Everything was great! There are a lot of stairs, but we appreciated the exercise. The elevator was super convenient, but we didn't use it much. We really only had to use it when the couple staying in the first floor bedroom went to bed. To get to the first floor by stairs, you have to go through the bedroom on the first floor.
I texted maintenance on the first day because the pool heater remote battery was almost dead. They were there within the hour. I was really impressed with the prompt response.
The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in on a vacation. We were delighted to see beach chairs, sand toys and even a life jacket for my little one. The pool and hot tub heated up in no time. The beach access is right across the street, and we had no trouble crossing the street (I was afraid it would be a really busy crossing, but it was no issue.) There was even a wagon for us to haul all the beach toys. My kids couldn't stop commenting on how soft the sand was. It was beautiful.
I would definitely recommend this house and Warren Beach Rentals. I'm already browsing their other properties for our next trip.

This is a great property. There were a few bumps in the beginning but within an hour Joe had them solved. Thank you for a relaxing vacation that was much needed.

Family Getaway
The house is very large. Glad for elevator. Lots of stairs. Clean and easy access to beach. Great hot tub and pool. Big bedrooms with 3 rooms having own bathrooms. Only downside no handrails in any bathroom. No grab bars anywhere for people with disabilities. step up and step down alot of places in house, again no rails or grab bars for elderly or disabled people who need that assistance. living room furniture is not very comfortable. Otherwise house is very lovely and big. Beds very comfortable. we had great time. Very close to beach and plenty of shopping and dining choices. They were very quick to respond when we had questions.
