About this house rental
Nestled in Rosemary Beach, this attractive house for $581 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enter LunaSea Retreat, a beautifully crafted home with calming blue, gold and yellow interiors. It’s located in famous Seacrest, snuggled in between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Surrounded by endless dining, shopping, and entertainment, your family can always find something to do. Opt for walking 10 minutes to the beach or hop on the complimentary shuttle service (runs seasonally). You will pass the centrally located lagoon pool, the highlight of many visitors stays. Park on two pads at the rear of the property. You’ll step up to the porch with rockers and into the kitchen with a four-top island. The lounge connected to the kitchen creates a television or reading center. Up front is the living room with a full sleeper sofa, 48” TV complete with a Sonos sound system controlled by the Sonos app. Dining area with seating for eight. The stairs lead to all of the guest rooms. With a roomy shower, the king master has a balcony great for taking in the balmy night air. The queen and full bunk rooms both have private baths. The excellently crafted home has reclaimed floors, whimsical tile designs, and casually elegant furniture. LunaSea Retreat will provide a tranquil space for your vacation. The home was truly lovely, exactly as pictured. Everything was there that you needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and my sisters and I enjoyed some of the games that were provided. We arrived a bit early and Valerie was gracious enough to immediately respond to our request and update the door code so that we could check in. Highly recommend this stay!

Very pleased with this property. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Property manager was very responsive. The walk to beach was accurately described and trams were always available if preferred. Bikes that were provided were a nice addition to ride to Rosemary or Alys Beach. We would definitely recommend to friends as well as stay here again ourselves. We had a great vacation.

Valerie’s house was great for our family. Our 3 high school/college kids and a couple friends they brought. The layout and design of the house is really nice. And the house had everything we needed. Seacrest is a wonderful development and we enjoyed the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. our only complaint is that they keep limiting the beach area for Seacrest. We sat with some friends down the beach a bit. Other than that, the house and property were exactly what we wanted. Thank you to Valerie.

We brought our kids along with another couple who have a baby and enjoyed it so much. We didn’t use them much, but the bikes are a huge bonus here. Huge open space downstairs and all 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
It’s our 3rd time to Seacrest and we love the community there and pool for our family.
Had one fluke issue at almost 10p and called the owner and she answered immediately with the solution.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and lovely home which is exactly as described and provided everything for a carefree vacation. Seacrest is between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, we walked to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The property is exactly as pictured. It's clean, the kitchen is very spacious. We had 2 adults with 4 teenage boys who liked to cook, 2 were over 6 feet tall. They never felt crowded. The floor plan is open enough that you don't feel far away from people in the family is you're in the kitchen. However, if youre upstairs, you dont notice the noise level from one floor to the other. The bathrooms are large, lots of counter space. You really don't hear an noise from outside when you're indoors. My favorite spot was the second floor balcony. I would definitely recommend to friends. I would definitely come back. There's a shuttle to take you to the pool or to the beach. Very handy. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach. We had so much fun. The boys want to do it again!

This is a new home with no detail left behind. Two fantastic outdoor seating areas and 3 bedrooms each with their own private full bathes plus another half bath downstairs. The washer and drier worked great (so many beach rentals take 4 hours to dry). The tram service at B5 was super quick. There were a few times I called and then literally had to run out of the house bc they were so quick. The owner was amazing and so responsive!!! We will definitely look forward to coming back to this home!!!!

My family loves LunaSea Retreat and Seacrest Beach! This is the 2nd year we have stayed at LunaSea Retreat. The house is amazing and the owner is very responsive. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The porches are awesome! We love that the house is a few minute walk to the pool and 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The tram stop is just across the street which is perfect if you prefer not to walk. As an added bonus, the house comes with 4 bikes. It's the perfect beach house for our family vacation!

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is much larger than it seems in the photos. We stayed for a week and this property had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely book here again.

Amazing stay
The house is beautiful and the communication was great. The house met al of our needs. The Seacrest area is one of our very favorite places to stay due to the biking, the restaurants, the resort style pool, the music and the shopping. One thing to note is the private beach area is extremely small. If you don’t use the chair rental, you will have to drive to the public beach area to get onto the beach.

Beautiful House
This house is immaculate. Actually the first Vrbo (and I’ve been to a few) that the actual house exceeds the pictures. It’s soooo clean and the decor is top notch and in great shape. Beds are comfy too. The front porch and beach at 6pm will be your favorite places.
I will say the beach is very crowded. When I read initial reviews I thought yea, it’s summer but this is REALLY crowded. Very small place for your own umbrella and chairs and if you go at 9am or later you’ll be five rows back with no ocean views and people surrounding you. With that being said, Inlet public beach is a short drive and very nice and open. Go there! Also, the beach clears at 5pm and that quickly became our favorite time. Pool is amazing too.
Host is great, responsive, and kind. And don’t forget to order Bruno’s pizza per her rec. Seacrest town center is so cute too. Easy bike ride (another plus to this house is the 4 bikes that are included) for live music and ice cream.
You’ll have a great trip here! It was lovely to join on the porch with my family. Many memories made.

While Rosemary Beach is an acceptable city to list for this address, this property is not located in Rosemary Beach and does not provide any of the perks of staying at a home located in Rosemary Beach proper. Having never been to this area, understanding how beach access and use is permitted where this house is located would have been appreciated. Specifically, we were not told the tram drops you off to approximately 50 feet of beach that is considered public access while homes to the left and right have private beach the public is not permitted to use. 80% of the 50 ft is covered with umbrellas and chairs rented by La Dolce Vita which are extremely expensive to rent and are stacked one on top of the other. The 15% of available space is limited by a path marked by orange cones so the Sheriff can drive emergency vehicles through the 50 ft section of public beach in case of emergency. We ended up driving to South Walton Beach daily in order to have space to sit on the beach. The house was very clean and the owner was extremely responsive.

The house was exactly as pictured, the house was perfect in size, with lovely furnishings. We were completely relaxed while we were there. Sincerely no complaints. The kitchen and dining area was large, the kitchen had all of the tools and dishes and server ware. Everything was as if or better than at home. No hesitation, we will return to this property next year.

Anniversary get a way
LunaSea Retreat is a beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The Seacrest neighborhood is convenient to beaches, restaurants and shops. It’s lively with families in the day but wonderfully quiet at night. Valerie is a very responsive host and went out of her way to make our stay lovely. I hope to visit again.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this house and location was! Perfect for our 3 teenagers. The 4 bikes were a great addition- and when we texted about 2 not working, we had 4 new bikes delivered the next morning! I would highly recommend this vacation home and look forward to coming back in the future!!

Spring Break Fun
Great location for our family- we were able to get to almost any area of interest within minutes by foot, bicycle, or one of community trams. Plenty of room and amenities all to enjoy when we were at the house too. Thank you LunaSea!
